In the nuclear energy is widely used today,radiation safety more and more get the attention of all parties.While personal dose the discretion of the data to prove the safety of nuclear power,verify whether radiation protection to achieve the expected effect,also in order to further improve the working conditions,and provide evidence for the relevant management system.Based on some uranium processing enterprise as the background,personal dose monitoring and protection are analyzed,and verify the protection system is scientific and applicable,the analysis of the main contents are:A uranium analysis is through the adoption of a laser,laser fluorescence method,scintillation chamber method,electrostatic collection of unequilibrium radon measurement and instrument direct measurement method of the enterprise in the atmosphere,water and environment around U,alpha aerosol,radon,gamma rays,and other harmful factors to measure,and will measure the data of background value is compared with the natural landscape,it is concluded that in addition to the library for W retired unfinished cause the perimeter of the radon concentration is higher than the background reference level,the rest of the basic and background value of reference.2 it is dangerous and harmful factors for uranium processing process identification,and on this basis,through the analysis of the technological process,staff operating characteristics,staff work habits,such as research and control standards of the enterprise staff of radiation damage are mainly caused by inhalation of radon and its daughter of internal radiation,gamma irradiation and irradiation food in three ways.Three is the use of the gaussian model to estimate the dosage of people at different distances in the vicinity of the enterprise,and to obtain the critical path of exposure to the irradiation of the inhalation.Statistical analysis of different positions and staff personal dose,it is concluded that zinc,DS,FX,RJ jobs had a greater influence on the internal exposure,and the improvement of personal dose of protective measures put forward the corresponding Suggestions for improvement.Through analysis and study of this paper,occupational health management of some uranium processing enterprise,especially the radiation protection system have certain reference value to the continue to revise and improve.
