With the deeply study of wireless power transmission technology,the dynamic wireless power supply technology for Electric Vehicles(EV)has become a hot topic at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of the current status of dynamic wireless charging technology for EV,this paper designs and implements a dynamic wireless charging device for electric vehicles by using embedded technology.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the wireless charging system is modeled and analyzed.The coupling structure,power inverter and compensation network are mainly analyzed.The circuit model is established based on the theory of mutual inductance coupling,and the influence of the load and coupling coefficient on energy transfer are analyzed.Secondly,the simulation of the coupling sector is carried out by MAXWELL finite element software.The influence of the current phase in the transmitting coil on magnetic field distributionin is also analyzed,it is concluded that the magnetic field distribution is more even when the phase-difference of adjacent coils are 180°.The method of increasing the quality factor of the coil is analyzed to improve the overall performance of the system.Thirdly,a dynamic wireless charging model is designed in this paper,which includes coupling sector,high-frequency controllable inverter and rectifier circuit.A monitoring system with embedded software technology is designed to ensure the security of system.A new structure of guide with epeating coil is put forward to make energy of transmmiting side distribute uniformly,the influence of the repeating coil in new guide on energy distribution is analyzed,the new rail designed has a maximum 80%energy transfer eff-iciency improvement on adjacent rails.Finally,combined with the previous simulation results and the design of some experimental devices,a dynamic-patern wireless charging system for electrical vehicle was set up and tested.The transmission distance and frequency characteristics were statistically tested to verify the feasibility of the analysis results.
