With the rapid growth of our national economy,the demand for trucks has risen sharply.In the course of their transportation,medium and large trucks generally have the characteristics of long mileage,severe tire wear and different degrees of wear,which can easily lead to flat tire accidents,increase the number of used tires,and cause tire management difficulties.The effective collection and monitoring of tire information can prevent traffic accidents and avoid personnel and property losses.Therefore,this thesis presents a design scheme of tire information acquisition and recording system based on CAN bus and RFID technology.The core idea is to acquire the mileage information of the tire by CAN bus technology and realize the wireless transmission of the tire information through the RFID technology so as to record the usage information such as the mileage,the date of use and the installation location of the tire in the tire electronic tag.This topic has certain practical significance to solve the traffic safety problem and to improve the management efficiency of discarded tire.The main contents of this thesis are as follows.1.The overall system design.According to the requirements of the tire information acquisition and recording system design,the overall planning of the design of the system modules is analyzed.The overall scheme of using CAN bus and RFID technology to realize the tire information acquisition and recording system is proposed.2.The hardware and software design of information acquisition and processing terminal.This part regards ARM chip STM32F103ZET6 as the core to design hardware circuits of the information acquisition and processing terminal,including ARM information control terminal,CAN parsing module,Ethernet data transmission module and power circuit module.ARM control terminal program and CAN communication program are written in C language to realize the function of using CAN parsing module to obtain the cooperation among various functional modules such as car speed and ARM control system.3.The hardware and software design of RFID reader module.The hardware circuit of RFID read-write module is designed with MCU C8051F340 and RF chip AS2992 as the core,which mainly includes the control circuit and RF transceiver channel.The software design mainly includes the master control program,protocol control program,communication processing program and label anti-collision program of the RFID read-write module to realize the function of receiving the tire information from the information collecting and processing terminal and storing the information in the tire label.4.System debugging and testing.In the vehicle running state,the information collection and processing terminal collects the vehicle traveling speed from the OBD interface and communicates with the RFID read/write module through the Ethernet to write information into the tire tag.The experimental results show that the system can accurately collect the vehicle speed and read and write the electronic tags effectively under the driving condition(speed<50km/h),realizing the tire mileage monitoring and information storage of the tire installation and usage,which greatly facilitates the vehicle maintenance staff on tire overhaul quickly and accurately and tire manufacturers on the management of discarded tires.
