A baked rotary furnace is used for heating powdery or granular materials,and is used in the area of chemical,automobile and metallurgical industries widely.The intelligent terminal system and fault diagnosis system are designed according to the process requirements of a roiling converter.In this thesis,the working principle,control logic and control circuit design,configuration design of the Intelligent terminal system are introduced.Intelligent terminal system functions include:real-time monitoring data operation and control field device,recording historical fault automatically,automatic temperature control,pressure control,etc.The communications network fault diagnosis system,reasoning algorithm,structure of knowledge base and industrial implementation of fault diagnosis system in the network function,fault diagnosis system to realize the functions including remote data monitoring,fault alarm,remote fault diagnosis,etc.It is very important to study the temperature control in the furnace.The intelligent terminal system is controlled by PLC,and taking the regulating valve of the rotary furnace as the controlled object.The temperature adjustment process is the closed-loop negative feedback regulation,and the closed-loop negative feedback system consists of four parts:controller,driver,actuator and temperature sensor.The control of the temperature in the furnace is realized by adjusting the air inlet of the gas inlet of the natural gas inlet and controlling the gas intake.Fault diagnosis system for Visio studio 2015 C#and SQL server 2012 as the development platform,using fault tree analysis method,the knowledge base of diagnosis system knowledge representation and reasoning algorithm,software programming and industrial implementation of fault diagnosis system in the network function analysis.Based on the principle of reasoning machine,gives the design idea and design method of the reasoning machine integrated past a variety of reasoning mechanism design of reasoning machine diagnosis system reasoning machine working process,according to the flow chart of reasoning machine program.A roasting based on traditional PID algorithm rotary kiln temperature control lag issues,In this thesis,the improved Fuzzy PID is applied to the intelligent terminal system of a rotary furnace.The simulation results show that the improved Fuzzy PID algorithm has a shorter time than the Fuzzy PID algorithm.The improved Fuzzy PID algorithm is added to the internal mode control,which only needs to adjust the filter parameters,which can change the performance of the controller and greatly simplify the system.On the STEP7 software platform,the programming design of the improved Fuzzy PID algorithm is carried out using trapezoidal language.
