With the development of the automobile industry and the increase of car ownership,the energy consumption and environmental pollution of automobiles are becoming more and more serious.In order to further reduce the engine's energy consumption and emissions,the engine cooling system needs to be optimized.As one of the three core components of the engine cooling system,the thermostat has become a new research hotspot.The traditional paraffin thermostat can not meet the requirements of high precision control of the engine cooling system because of its response delay and hysteresis.Compared with the traditional thermostat,electronic thermostat has a higher sensitivity,a few foreign models have begun to use electronic thermostat;major domestic auto parts suppliers have started the development of electronic thermostat.In order to speed up the development and application of electronic thermostat,this thesis designed a set of electronic thermostat control strategy and measurement and control devices.This thesis presents a control strategy of electronic thermostat based on fuzzy control,and builds a set of measurement and control devices with STM32F405RGT6 as the core,and realizes the control strategy of electronic thermostat on the measurement and control devices.Finally,a pilot study was conducted to verify the feasibility of electronic thermostat control strategy and monitoring and control device.With the help of this measurement and control devices,Shanghai xxx Company has realized.the mass production of the first electronic thermostat in China.In this thesis,the electronic thermostat control strategy and measurement and control devices to carry out the following work:1.Review the literature on electronic thermostat and engine cooling system to understand the current research status at home and abroad and further understand the development and application of electronic thermostat and engine cooling system.2.According to the characteristics of the engine in different conditions to develop control strategies,developed based on fuzzy control of electronic thermostat control strategy.3.Designing measurement and control device hardware to STM32F405RGT6 as the core,through the sensor and communication interface to obtain the operating parameters of the electronic thermostat and the engine condition of the car.Used in the test of electronic thermostat process and as the control strategy to achieve the control center.4.Designing measurement and control device software,through the preparation of PC software Lab VIEW software to achieve electronic thermostat measurement and control functions and control strategies.5.From the measurement and control device,control function and control strategy three aspects to test and verify the electronic thermostat control strategy and the feasibility and reliability of the measurement and control device.
