In recent years,with the rapid development of water conservancy in our country,the quality requirements of embankment and fill engineering are becoming more and more strict.The requirements of construction process monitoring and control are also increasingly widespread.The present situation and problem points of this project for quality inspection of filling projects at home and abroad,And the development trend of the new technology has been investigated and analyzed.It is found that there are some deficiencies in the current methods and means of filling engineering quality inspection,and some methods can only be tested in the laboratory.It can not reflect the actual situation of the site completely,and some of them will cause certain damage to the fill project.Therefore,these methods are difficult to fully meet the field inspection requirements.The portable falling weight deflection(PFWD)is a new kind of nondestructive testing equipment.It has the advantages of fast,high precision and portable,but the research on compaction measurement is rare.Through the comparison of indoor and field tests,the research is carried out,which provides the basis for the application of PFWD in water conservancy projects.The core goal of this project is to quickly and accurately detect the modulus of deflection and resilience of embankment fill.Through a large number of field tests and indoor material tests on the construction projects such as Songgan 13 and 14,the test accuracy,error control and application range of the test technology in the quality control and evaluation of embankment are clarified.Combining fully with modern high and new technology,developing and popularizing portable detection technology of drop hammer deflection,providing effective engineering quality supervision for road,bridge,railway,water conservancy,municipal and other construction projects involving filling engineering,etc.Construction quality control,construction quality evaluation and other technical support.In this paper,the accuracy of the application of PFWD technology is mainly studied.Firstly,the relative analysis and comparison with other nondestructive testing techniques are carried out,and then the results of PFWD testing for different materials are analyzed through laboratory tests,and the results are combined with field experiments.The correlation between the equipment and other detection techniques is analyzed.This paper mainly compares with the drop test method and SDG method,and finally finds that PFWD has the accuracy and the value of popularization.
