Fixed duck-type steering gear two dimensional trajectory correction rockets,mainly using traditional electromagnetic motor driven fixed duck rudder for ballistic correction.The ultrasonic motor is not subject to electromagnetic interference and has self-locking characteristics when the power is off.Using ultrasonic motor instead of traditional DC motor to fixed duck rudder type rocket trajectory correction scheme,has better anti-jamming,faster response,smaller,simpler structure,lower cost,lower noise.It is conducive to the development of guided rockets towards miniaturization and low-cost orientation.The purpose of this paper is to provide a hardware and software platform for the use of ultrasonic motor driven fixed duck rudder to make a 2D trajectory correction,and it does not involve specific flight control algorithms.This paper firstly introduces the working principle of fixed duck steering gear and its development status at home and abroad.The advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic motor and traditional motor are expounded,and the advantages of using ultrasonic motor to replace the traditional electromagnetism motor are used to drive the two-dimensional trajectory correction.The basic principle of ultrasonic motor,control strategy and the theory of rocket attitude detection are introduced.In this paper,the technology of the driver and attitude measurement controller based on the two dimensional trajectory correction rocket of fixed duck steering gear is studied,and the working principle and structure of the controller are expounded.Paper gives the system architecture design.The controller circuit design of each part is discussed,including master control module,the isolating circuit,power supply circuit,download debugging interface circuit,position detection circuit and driver circuit design and implementation.Then the software design and writing method of controller system are discussed,and the related software is written.The debugging of the prototype of the controller was completed and four kinds of ultrasonic motor speed control tests were performed.Functional test of attitude detection and attitude correction were carried out by a simple simulation test bed.The test results proved the feasibility of the revised scheme.
