With the rapid development of high technology,the requirements for weapon precision in modern warfare have become higher and higher.As a research hotspot in recent years,the two-dimensional correction projectile is of great significance for improving the shooting accuracy of the projectile and reducing CEP.In this paper,based on the mortar of the fixed duck rudder correction mechanism,the modified bomb is three-dimensionally modeled,and its aerodynamic characteristics,projectile flight stability,ballistic dynamics simulation and correction simulation under interference are studied.as follows:According to the structural characteristics of the mortar shell and the correction principle of the duck rudder correction mechanism,the aerodynamic model of the duck rudder mechanism with different rudder height and different rudder angle is established,and the principle method of the duck rudder mechanism and the work of the modified trajectory are established.The process was analyzed.According to the principle of fluid mechanics,the aerodynamic simulation of the modified projectile with different scales of the rudder mechanism is carried out,and the force,balance angle of attack and flight stability of the modified projectile during the full trajectory are analyzed.The aerodynamic model is optimized and the aerodynamic simulation data is fitted to a wind resistance function.According to the theory of the rigid body motion of the projectile,combined with the aerodynamic characteristics of the projectile,based on Adams,the relevant program was programmed to simulate the full ballistic dynamics of the modified projectile and the common projectile under different angles of incidence.The impact on the projectile was monitored and the attitude of the duck rudder mechanism was monitored in real time.Based on the PID control principle,combined with the measurement of the rudder's rolling attitude,the control of the micro-rotation and stop of the duck rudder mechanism was simulated,and the maximum correction ability of the modified projectile was analyzed.The muzzle and the interference that may occur during the full ballistic flight were analyzed,and the error caused by the interference was simulated.A correction method for correcting by position error is proposed.The simulation results show that the maximum deviation between the standard trajectory and the theoretical ballistic range is 165m and the deviation of the side yaw is 65m.After the correction of the rudder mechanism,the deviation of the range and the lateral deviation are controlled.Within 5m.
