Electron beam welding is a new special processing method,which uses high energy density electron beam as energy carrier to weld and process materials and components.In this paper,the welding technology of dissimilar materials for a missile fuel tank is studied.The 5A06 and ZL114 A dissimilar aluminum alloy materials are welded by electron beam welding.Through the orthogonal experiment method,five main parameters of electron beam welding of dissimilar materials welding tests were conducted according to the orthogonal scheme with five factors and four levels,analyzes the influence of the weld welding process parameters,to determine the optimal electron beam welding process parameters,and were repeated three times to verify the optimal process parameters get.Macro quality detection and X ray flaw detection by internal weld joint of orthogonal experiment,influence is obtained on the cross section of the weld morphology and porosity analysis parameters: under this experimental condition,the electron beam welding process parameters,change of focusing flow the greatest influence on weld width,accelerating voltage the change of weld penetration impact,change the focusing current on weld depth to width ratio of the greatest impact,focusing on the current change of porosity of the weld has the largest effect.The effect of electron beam welding parameters on the tensile strength of welded joints is analyzed.It is concluded that under this experimental condition,the change of the focusing current has the greatest influence on the tensile strength,followed by the accelerating voltage.In the range of technological parameters,the strength and elongation of welded joints increase with the decrease of line energy when the penetration and strength reaches 80%.In this paper,through the experimental analysis: for 5A06 and ZL114 A dissimilar materials Aluminum Alloy electron beam welding of 8mm thick,the accelerating voltage of 60 KV,65mA,welding beam focusing current of-0.02 A and welding speed of 900mm/min,the focus to the ZL114 A electron beam side offset 0.06 mm welding parameters for welding,meet the national military standard GJB1718A-2005 electron beam welding of level of weld joint weld joint can be obtained,the joint welding quality meets the design requirements,the design requirements of missile tank,the tank meet the acceptance requirements.
