Anhui Province is a big agricultural province,and agriculture plays an important role in the development of provincial economy.In recent years,the development of agriculture has brought new opportunities to the development of agriculture because of the continuous improvement of the level of information and intelligence of agriculture.As a major province of agricultural machinery,how to realize the intelligent management of agricultural machinery by means of information technology,improve the efficiency of using agricultural machinery,and solve the problems of low efficiency,high cost and non-standard management of agricultural machinery are worthy of our careful study.In order to solve the problems existing in the management of agricultural machinery,after looking up a large number of documents,consulting relevant cooperatives and researching relevant technologies,this dissertation first designs an agricultural machinery operation management system based on "satellite positioning".The system uses satellite positioning technology,GPRS communication technology,visualization and other technologies to realize the agricultural machinery management,job statistics,real-time supervision,intelligent scheduling,social services and other functions;Then,the resource allocation model of agricultural machinery is established,and the model is verified by using the algorithm based on short work and short distance to provide the scheduling scheme for users.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Define the functions of each module of the agricultural machinery operation management system and design the overall structureAccording to the previous investigation and consulting data,the existing problems in the management of agricultural machinery are clarified,and the overall structure of the management system of agricultural machinery is designed according to the needs of the users,and the system is based on this at the same time.The main function modules and database of the system are designed in detail.(2)The resource allocation model of agricultural machinery is established for agricultural machinery job scheduling,and different objective functions are set up to recommend the best scheduling scheme for usersThis dissertation analyzes the actual agricultural machinery allocation scheduling problem,establishes the agricultural machinery resource allocation model,sets up different objective functions,collects the real data,validates the model,obtains the scheduling scheme under different conditions,and recommends the best dispatching scheme to the user in combination with the system to realize the agricultural machinery dispatching function.(3)The design of each module of the system is completed and it is verified that it can be put into useThe system is built by satellite positioning technology,GPRS communication technology and software development technology.The functions of basic information management of agricultural machinery,operation statistics,real-time positioning of agricultural machinery,electronic fence,historical track query,agricultural machinery scheduling and so on are realized.At the same time,the mobile phone positioning software is developed to obtain the position information to assist the agricultural machinery positioning.The agricultural machinery operation management system designed in this paper uses the information technology to carry on the information management to the agricultural machinery,has effectively promoted the agricultural machinery specialized cooperative,the supervision department,the family farm,the enterprise management efficiency,improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery operation and reduce the cost of management.It has certain reference and practical value to the management of agricultural machinery.
