| Application techniques in crop protection is an important research topic, the development of application techniques represent a standard agricultural development to some extent. Our country is a large agricultural country, due to China’s pesticide application technology is relatively still lags behind the developed countries in Europe and America, Japan, China’s annual grain production caused serious problems of land pollution and ecological destruction.Therefore, this paper by application of single-rotor UAV aviation administration and technology, explore UAV low volume spraying low-flying technology, analyzes the current situation of existing technology, studied single-rotor UAV vertical wind field of plant protection then the conclusion wind of UAV for; an aviation selected special nozzle, and its characteristics were studied test chamber; eventually, the UAV and aviation special nozzle combine the outdoor spraying test. My thesis research is mainly Dvorak Heilongjiang Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Test Center completed in Heilongjiang Institute of Agricultural Mechanization in Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University.The main contents of this paper are:(1) single-rotor aircraft plant protection vertical wind farms, primarily designed unmanned rotorcraft spraying operations wind farm and test methods, research unmanned rotorcraft rotor vertical flow field; the actual job and spray drift deposition range forecast to improve the deposition of pesticide on crops, drift reduction and loss in non-target areas.(2) Characteristics of Air nozzle, the method of indoor laboratory testing, research head of the basic characteristics of aviation, test droplet size, spray volume and spraying mist fluid volume under different pressure distribution, spray angle and other parameters collection and optimization. To improve the data base field fly spray test and improve deposition and reduce loss medicine.(3) Experimental study on single-rotor UAV aviation outdoor spray deposition, using a mode field testing, research droplet from three to five meters high in an amount within the range of target crops drift settlement law, in order to optimize droplet diameter, spray, operating speed, height and other operating parameters of the job. |
