Research On The Recognition Technology Of Light Cotton Raft Based On Surface Elasticity | | Posted on:2018-02-13 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:P L Wang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2353330512478462 | Subject:Precision instruments and machinery | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Fluffy cocoon can be divided into the light fluffy cocoon and the soft fluffy cocoon.The soft fluffy cocoon is easy to identify.The light fluffy cocoon is vaguer in crumple and softer in touch than the reelable cocoon.But these two kinds of cocoons have small differences in appearance characteristic and are hard to distinguish.Regarding the light fluffy cocoon as detecting target,according to the difference in touch of the the light fluffy cocoon and the reelable cocoon,this paper puts forward the recognition device based on the surface elasticity and the parameter setting system to control inspection process handily.For discussing the method.of identification,the observation of the light fluffy cocoon and the reelable cocoon’s characteristic difference originally begins both in the surface texture and the surface elasticity.In the tests,the cocoon surface images are easily effected by shooting conditions.Achieving the practical distinction from the direction of the surface texture is hard.However,the reelable cocoon needs more weight than the light fluffy cocoon under the same deformation and the difference between these two cocoons is obvious,the surface elasticity direction has practical possibility to some extent.And the further research focuses on the surface elasticity direction to recognize the light fluffy cocoon.The light fluffy cocoon identification which is based on the surface elasticity needs to reliably reflect the cocoon’s surface impact force.Given the force is small,the duration is short,installation space and other requirements.The piezoelectric film or micro piezoresistive sensors are intended to use.The experiments find the sensor made of piezoelectric film is vulnerable to power-line interference and static while micro piezoresistive sensor has good stability and is more suitable for this application.Light fluffy cocoon recognition device uses FSG15N1A micro switch force sensor to measure the percussive force signal caused by the light pendulum hitting the specific part of the cocoon.Using amplifying circuit built with the precision instrumentation amplifier INA122 to magnify the sensor’s output signal.Amplified signal is filtered by the two order sallen-key low-pass filter constructed with the low-voltage operation amplifier LMC6572.Through these steps,the information related to cocoon’s surface elasticity is obtained.Parameter setting system uses STM32 microcontroller,ESP8266 WiFi module and smartphone to achieve the function.STM32 microcontroller configurates the ESP8266 WiFi module working in AP mode through the serial port.Smartphone connects and sends the parameter data to the WiFi module.Microcontroller extracts the data to set and display.Seclecting the same amounts of light fluffy cocoons and reelable cocoons randomly for the experiments.Drawing line charts with test datas for comparative analysis.The result shows the remarkable discrimination in impact force amplitude/pulse width ratio between the light fluffy cocoon and the reelable cocoon.It can be used as basis for sorting the light fluffy cocoon. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Light fluffy cocoon, Surface elasticity, Micro switch force sensor, FSG15N1A, STM32, WiFi | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
