| Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. The seed is the biggest material, and is essential to the development of the agriculture. The quality of good degree of the germination of seed reflected the yield and quality of Crop. The good seed was the largest contributor to all the factors of agricultural productive. The physical agriculture became an important part of modern agriculture. To improve the activity of seeds through sound radiation, and the yields and quality of seeds would be improved. The measure for improving agriculture has become the trend of agriculture in China.The thunder breeding is first presented in this paper. The thunder sound waves on the impact of mung bean seed germination have been studied by the experiment analysis method. According to the structural morphology and the physical parameters of plant cell, the physical models of the rectangular and circular membrane of cells have been modeled. The mung bean cell under the different models of the size of the resonant frequency have been work out. According to the parameters of acoustic field, the experiments have been designed to discuss the ultrasonic field, the thunder field, the ultrasonic composite acoustic field, and the composite sound field of the ultrasonic and the thunder on growth promoting effect of mung bean seeds. Comparing the influence on the growth and development of the seeds through the experiment results of the seed weight ratio and germination index.Based on the theory of ultrasound breeding, the following researches have been studied on the basis of the experiments:(1) In this paper, rectangular and circular thin film physics model was set up by observing the cell structure of mung bean seeds. The resonant frequency has been calculated. The results of 20 mung bean cells:the average length and width of rectangle model are 5.31μm and 3.11 μm, respectively. The resonant frequency is 24.10kHz. The average radius of circular film is 1.70μm. The resonant frequency is 29.13kHz.(2) The mung bean seeds are motivated by the thunder device. The growth and development of the mung bean seeds under the different thunder radiation time are studied. The result show that the biggest effect on the growth and development of the mung bean seeds under the thunder radiation with 3 minutes. The seeds grow best.(3) The resonance frequency has been studied under two kinds of cells in the physical model. On the basis of this, the combination ultrasound radiation experiment of the mung bean seeds was designed. Compared the seed weight ratio and the seed germination index under the three radiation ways——the ultrasonic fields, the ultrasonic composite field, and the combination ultrasound. The result shown that, the promoting effect under the combination ultrasound is superior to other two groups of seeds.(4) Based on the promoting effect of thunder and the combination ultrasound for seed germination, we have explored the effect of the order of the thunder and the combination ultrasound field on seed growth and development. The largest activity of the mung bean seeds is that the first radiated by the thunder, then under the combination ultrasound radiation. The radiation way was not only improves the seeds germination index but it also reduce the radiation power. |
