| This research was performed to study the application of microbial fertilizer and microelements on radish in the northwest region of Hebei Province.The radish "Shinong 606" was used as the experimental material.The randomized soil test was used to measure the soil indicators at different growth stages of radish.At the same time,the growth indicators of radish were measured,too.The effects of different treatments on soil physical and chemical properties,soil enzyme activity,soil microbial quantities,and the quality,yield,photosynthetic indicators of radish were studied.The purpose is to choose the suitable treatment for the growth and quality and yield of radish.The main research results showed that:1.The application of microbial fertilizer and microelements influenced the physical and chemical properties,enzyme activity and microbial quantities of radish rhizosphere soil in different degree.Compared with CK,soil porosity,the content of alkali-hydrolyzable N,organic matter,available P and available K of the treatment MR(the microbial fertilizer was applied before sowing and the microelements was sprayed at the rosette stage)in soil increased,and the soil bulk density and pH decreased.The treatment MR promoted the activities of urease,invertase and catalase in soil,increasing the number of bacteria and actinomycetes,significantly reducing the number of fungi.2.The application of microbial fertilizer and microelements could significantly improve the growth indicators,quality and yield of radish.The economic yield of the treatment MR improved 19.63% than CK,and the contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble protein of the treatment MR were the highest of all treatments,compared with CK,increased 18.26%,44.44% and 28.17%,respectively.But its nitrite content decreased 16.88% than CK.3.The different effect of photosynthetic characteristics in different treatments were significantly affected.The treatment MR could improve photosynthesis,and increased the content of chlorophyll,Pn,Ci,Gs and Tr of radish.The content of chlorophyll and Pn of the treatment MR increased 51.60% and5.38% than CK,respectively.In the process of production of radish,the treatment MR help improve soil enzyme activity and microbial quantities,promote growth of radish,enhance its photosynthesis,increase yield and quality.In addition,the treatment of the microbial fertilizer was applied before sowing and the spraying of the fungicide at the seedling stage(MY)kept the second effects. |
