| This research was performed to study effect of fertilizer on green radish in green radish planting base of Wuluangou village,Xiaosuangou town,Shangyi County on July-september 2019,aiming at the problems such as the randomness of fertilizer application amount,the big difference of fertilizer application amount and the difficulty of vegetable quality guarantee,etc,in the northwest region of Hebei Province.The green radish variety "green jade" was used as experimental material.Five fertilizer treatments were designed in this research.The indicators such as plant growth characteristics,photosynthetic characteristics,yield,quality,soil nutrients,plant nutrients,and economic benefit of green radish at different periods were studied.The purpose was to select the proper fertilizer treatment for enhancing the growth,improving quality,increasing yield and benefit of green radish.The main research results showed that:1.The rhizosphere soil properties and nutrient accumulation of radish plants were affected to different degrees.Treatment 4(recommended amount of fertilizer + alginate fertilizer)brought the soil p H closer to neutral,and its contents of organic matter,alkaline nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil were higher than that of the control.It promoted the effective accumulation,transfer and distribution of nutrients in green radish plants.2.Various morphological indicators increased obviously with the increase of fertilization amount among treatment 1,treatment 2 and treatment 3.Treatment 4 could promote the improvement of various morphological indicators of green radish,its effect was second only to that of treatment 3.3.It had a different performance in improving quality,increasing yield and economic benefit of green radish in different treatments.The biological yield,the economic yield and economic benefit of treatment 4 increased by15.00%,15.74% and 20.31%,respectively,compared with CK.The contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble protein in treatment 4increased by 16.20%,27.27% and 6.98%,compared with CK,respectively.Its content of nitrite was 22.26% lower than that of CK.The economic yield and economic benefit of treatment 3 was slightly higher than that of treatment 4,there were no significant difference between them.However,among all treatments,the quality indicator of treatment 3 was the lowest.4.The photosynthetic characteristics of green radish among different fertilizer treatments were different.Treatment 3 and treatment 4significantly increased the photosynthesis of green radish.The chlorophyll content of treatment 3 and treatment 4 increased by 12.64% and 11.68%,the net photosynthetic rate of treatment 3 and treatment 4 increased by16.23% and 12.59%,compared with CK,respectively.The treatment 3 was slightly higher than that of treatment 4,however,there was no significant difference between them.In the light of all the indicators,in the production of green radish in the northwest region of Hebei Province,the treatment of on the basis of the recommended amount of fertilizer,application of alginate fertilizer on the leaves of green radish during rosette stage and fleshy root expansion stage(treatment 4),could achieve the goal to promote green radish growth,enhance photosynthesis,increase the yield and economic benefit,improve green radish quality and soil environment.Therefore,treatment 4 was a suitable fertilization scheme for green radish grown in the northwest region of Hebei Province. |
