The experiment was conducted in modern greenhouses and plastic greenhouses in the northwest corner of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University campus from April to August 2016.The cucumber variety “Changchun Mici” was used as the test material.Three types of Trichoderma were screened for the control of Fusarium wilt of cucumber by using a plate-to-cockroach test.Trichoderma fermentation and pathogen spore suspensions were prepared.Randomized block experiments were used in the experiment.The potted and field trials were designed to study the effect of different Trichoderma on morphological establishment,material accumulation,physiological characteristics,yield and quality of cucumber,as well as the control effect on cucumber fusarium wilt,providing a theoretical basis for the development and application of the late Trichoderma system Provide technical support for the safety,high yield,and high quality cultivation of cucumber plants.The test results are as follows:1.At the seedling stage,Inoculation of T.a525,T.h610,T.p886 treatment,both significantly increased plant height,stem diameter,root volume,and leaf area of cucumber seedlings.At 12 days after sowing,compared with the CK2,The highest increase in treatment modality scores was observed for T.p886.The growth rate reached 19.06%,17.95%,51.18%,29.36%.T1 had the best effect on the morphological indicators in the treatment of fusarium wilt pathogens,namely T1,T2,T3,CK4 and CK1.At 12 days after sowing,compared with CK1,which was only inoculated with pathogens of Fusarium oxysporum,the T1 method of T.p886 had the best effect.The growth rate reached 18.63%,11.34%,44.14%,and 26.65%.In conlution,T.p886 has the strongest promoting effect on the morphogenesis of cucumber seedlings.2.At the seedling stage,Inoculation of T.a525,T.h610,T.p886 treatment,Both significantly increased the material accumulation of cucumber.At 12 days after sowing,compared with the CK2,The highest increase in the accumulation of treated material inoculated only with T.p886 The growth rate reached 13.83.%,62.31%,13.42%,36.17%.T1 had the best effect on the accumulation of substances in the treatment of fusarium wilt pathogens,namely T1,T2,T3,CK4 and CK1.At 12 days after sowing,compared with CK1,which only inoculated with pathogens of fusarium wilt pathogens,the T1 method of T.p886 had the best effect.The highest increase in material accumulation.The growth rate reached 17.65%,56.41%,20.40%,and 31.87%.In conlution,T.p886 has the strongest promoting effect on the morphogenesis of cucumber seedlings.3.At the seedling stage,Inoculation of T.a525,T.h610,T.p886 treatment,The activity of dismutase,peroxidase,catalase,polyphenol oxidase,total root absorption area,and active absorption area,surface reduced plasma membrane permeability,malondialdehyde content,and nitrate nitrogen content;At 12 days after cucumber sowing,compared with the CK2,the blank control inoculated with PD liquid medium,only the treatment of T.p866 to the chlorophyll content,root activity,nitrate reductase content,superoxide dismutase of cucumber seedlings The activity of peroxidase,catalase,polyphenol oxidase,total root absorption area,and active absorption area increased the most,and the growth rate reached 31.37%,22.36%,55.69%,44.72%,43.62%,4.83% respectively,31.96%,16.98%,17.16%,reduced the plasma membrane permeability,malondialdehyde,nitrate nitrogen content,the reduction rate reached 41.51%,31.89%,31.32%.T1 treatment had the best effect on physiological metabolism in the treatment of fusarium wilt pathogens,namely T1,T2,T3,CK4 and CK1.Among them,compared with CK1,which was only inoculated with pathogens of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.T866,the effect of T1 treatment was best at 12 d after cucumber sowing,and the chlorophyll content,root activity,and nitrate reductase content were the best.The activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,catalase,and polyphenol oxidase,total root absorption,and active absorption area increased the most,with the growth rates reaching 53.23%,23.68%,73.08%,54.40%,respectively.56.02%,36.50%,41.68%,15.16%,26.34%,reduced the plasma membrane permeability,malondialdehyde,nitrate nitrogen content,the reduction rate reached 47.54%,44.27%,41.55%.In summary,T.p886 has the most significant effect on the physiological metabolism of leaves of cucumber wilt disease.4.At the seedling stage,Inoculation of T.a525,T.h610,T.p886 treatment,have improved the control of cucumber wilt disease,reduced the incidence,disease index.5.During the fruiting period,after treatment with T.a525,T.h610,T.p886,the contents of SPAD and soluble sugar of cucumber leaves were significantly increased.Content,nitrate reductase,superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,catalase,polyphenol oxidase activity,reduced nitrate nitrogen content,among which T.p886 on SPAD content of cucumber leaves The activities of soluble sugar content,nitrate reductase,peroxidase,catalase and polyphenol oxidase promoted the strongest,with the growth rates reaching 7.27%,3.73%,5.87%,85.64%,25.35%,respectively.16.73%,reduced nitrate content,a reduction of 35.97%.In summary,T.p886 has the most significant promoting effect on physiological metabolism of cucumber during the fruiting period.6.During the fruiting period,the treatment of T.a525,T.h610 and T.p886 irrigating the roots of Trichoderma koningii significantly increased the transverse diameter and length of the cucumber fruit.The diameter and single fruit weight significantly increased the per mu yield of cucumber compared with the control.To sum up,T.p886 the most significant increase in cucumber yield,reached 8.85%.7.During the result period,after treatment with T.a525,T.h610,T.p886 the soluble solids of cucumber fruit were significantly increased.The content of soluble sugar,VC and soluble protein reduced the content of nitrate.Trichoderma koningii T.p886 increased the soluble solids content,soluble sugar content,Vc content and soluble protein content of cucumber fruit with the highest increase.Respectively achieved 31.88%,5.71%,17.81%,30.06%,and the nitrate reduction reached 19.58%.In summary,the effect of T.p886 on the fruit quality of cucumber was most significant.
