The experiment was carried out in the all solar greenhouse and plastic greenhouse of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University from April to August 2019.A pot experiment was conducted to test the cucumber variety"Changchun Mi Ci".According to the previous test results,two concentrations of Trichoderma.pseudokoningii 886,Trichoderma.asperellum 525conidia and chlamydospore were set for treatment.The concentrations of chlamydospores and conidia were 10~4cfu/g and 10~6cfu/g for Trichoderma 886,10~4cfu/g and 10~5cfu/g for Trichoderma 525,and 10~4cfu/g and 10~6cfu/g for conidia.The population changes of Trichoderma conidia,Trichoderma chlamydospores and Fusarium oxysporum in the soil were detected regularly,to determine the effect of Fusarium oxysporum on the population number of Trichoderma conidia and chlamydospores,and the inhibition of Trichoderma conidia and chlamydospores on the population of Fusarium oxysporum.The interaction of Trichoderma and Fusarium on the antioxidant index of Cucumber Seedling and the activity of soil enzyme were determined.To study the effect of population quantity change in the interaction of Trichoderma and Fusarium on Fusarium wilt,antioxidant system and soil enzyme activity of cucumber seedlings and to determine the relationship between the number of Trichoderma and Fusarium species and the incidence of cucumber wilt,antioxidant system and soil enzyme activity of cucumber seedlings.It can lay a theoretical foundation for the ecological control of Cucumber Fusarium Wilt and promote the comprehensive utilization of cucumber high-yield production,provide technical support for the development and utilization of Trichoderma,and also play a guiding role in the agricultural production of"weight loss and drug reduction".The results of this experiment are as follows:1.Effects of T.pseudokoningii 886 conidia and chlamydospores on antioxidant indexes of Cucumber Seedlings,at 10-22 days after sowing,the treatment of Trichoderma showed a gradually increasing rule.Among them,activity of POD,PPO,SOD,CAT,APX and free amino acid activity in T2 was the highest when Trichoderma 886 chlamydospore concentration was 10~6cfu/g and Fusarium oxysporum concentration was 10~4 cfu/g.The enzyme activity was better than that of the control group and other treatments.Effects of T.asperellum 525 conidia and chlamydospores on stress resistance of Cucumber Seedlings,at 10-22 days after sowing,the treatment of Trichoderma showed a gradually increasing rule.Among them,activity of peroxidase,catalase activity,polyphenol oxidase activity,ascorbic acid peroxidase activity,superoxide dismutase activity and free amino acid activity in M2 was the highest when Trichoderma 525 chlamydospore concentration was 10~5cfu/g and Fusarium oxysporum concentration was 10~4cfu/g.The enzyme activity was better than that of the control group and other treatments.The conidia and chlamydospores of Trichoderma 886 and Trichoderma 525 decreased MDA content,plasma membrane permeability and proline content respectively.Contrast 1(CK1)inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum was significantly higher than contrast 2(CK2)and other treatments.2.Effects of T.pseudokoningii 886 conidia and chlamydospores on soil enzyme activities of Cucumber Seedlings,at 7-25 days after sowing,in addition to soil phosphatase,the other three soil enzyme activities increased gradually.Among them,T2 of soil invertase activity and soil protease activity index,was the highest.when Trichoderma 886 chlamydospore concentration was 10~6cfu/g and Fusarium oxysporum concentration was 10~4cfu/g.The enzyme activity was better than that of the control group and other treatments.Effects of T.asperellum 525 conidia and chlamydospores on soil enzyme activities of Cucumber Seedlings,at 7-25 days after sowing,in addition to soil phosphatase,the other three soil enzyme activities increased gradually.Among them,soil invertase activity and soil protease activity index of M2 treatment.The results showed that the enzyme activity was the highest under the condition of 10~5cfu/g of chlamydospores and 10~4 cfu/g of Fusarium oxysporum.The enzyme activity was better than that of the control group and other treatments.The soil phosphatase activity of Trichoderma 886 and Trichoderma 525 decreased gradually.At 7-25days after sowing,the phosphatase activity and urease activity of contrast 1(CK1)were significantly higher than those of contrast 2(CK2)and other treatments,Trichoderma treatment was better than CK2.3.Effects of T.pseudokoningii 886 conidia and chlamydospores on the number of Trichoderma spores and Fusarium oxysporum spores in cucumber seedling soil,at 10-28 days after sowing,the number of spores of Trichoderma showed the change rule of Ascending Descending ascending descending,while the Fusarium oxysporum showed the change rule of ascending descending.Among them,T2,the interaction treatment of Trichoderma 886 with chlamydospore concentration of 10~6cfu/g and Fusarium oxysporum concentration of 10~4cfu/g,had the greatest impact on Fusarium oxysporum,with the most Trichoderma spores and the least Fusarium oxysporum spores.Effects of T.asperellum 525 conidia and chlamydospores on the quantity of Trichoderma spores and Fusarium oxysporum in cucumber seedling soil,at10-28 days after sowing,the number of spores of Trichoderma showed the change rule of Ascending Descending ascending descending,while the Fusarium oxysporum showed the change rule of ascending descending.Among them,M2,the interaction treatment of Trichoderma 525 with chlamydospore concentration of 10~5cfu/g and Fusarium oxysporum concentration of 10~4cfu/g,had the greatest impact on Fusarium oxysporum,with the most Trichoderma spores and the least Fusarium oxysporum spores.Control 1(CK1)only inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum spores was the most.It was better than other treatments4.Effects of T.pseudokoningii 886 conidia and chlamydospores on the control of Cucumber Fusarium Wilt,at 22 days after sowing,chlamydospore concentration of Trichoderma 886 and Fusarium oxysporum concentration of 10~6cfu/g and 10~4cfu/g,that is T2,the disease index of cucumber seedling was the lowest,and the control effect was the best.The effect of T.asperellum 525 conidia and chlamydospores on the control of Cucumber Fusarium Wilt,at 22 days after sowing,among them,Trichoderma 525 chlamydospore concentration was 10~5cfu/g and Fusarium oxysporum concentration was 10~4cfu/g,that is M2,the disease index of cucumber seedling was the lowest,and the control effect was the best.Trichoderma 886 and Trichoderma 525 had significant control effect on Cucumber Fusarium wilt.5.The incidence rate,disease index and antioxidant index of cucumber seedlings were analyzed in detail.In the presence of CK1 and CK2.the correlation coefficient between plasma membrane permeability and incidence rate of Trichoderma 886 reached a significant level,and the correlation coefficient between the disease and the disease index reached a very significant level.Due to the increase of chlamydospores and conidia concentration,the correlation coefficient between MDA,PRO,POD,CAT,PPO,APX and SOD and incidence rate also increased with a significant correlation coefficient.The professional related ratio has reached a very important level.The correlation coefficient between antioxidant indexes and disease index reached a significant level,in which MDA,POD,CAT,APX,SOD reached a very significant level.Under CK1 and CK2 conditions,the correlation coefficient between plasma membrane permeability and incidence rate of Trichoderma 525 reached a significant level,and the correlation coefficient between the disease and the disease index reached a very significant level.With the increase of the concentration of chlamydospores and conidia,the correlation coefficients of MDA,PRO,POD,CAT,PPO,APX and SOD with the incidence rate increased with each other,and the correlation coefficients reached an obvious level.The correlation coefficient between each antioxidant index and disease index reached a significant level,in which POD,CAT,SOD reached a very obvious level.
