Forest ecosystem is an important part of global ecosystem. As a complex heterogeneous hierarchy system, forest ecosystem is in dynamic change.Forest landscape model is an effective tool to study the response of forest ecosystem to climate change. In this study, forest landscape model LANDIS PRO 7.0 was used to simulate forest succession dynamics in 100 years(2000-2100 years)under the climate change scenarios and the current climate scenarios in the Small Khingan Mountains region.Combined with current harvest scheme, the dynamic trends of tree species composition and age structure of 15 tree species in forest area during 100 years were compared and analyzed. On this basis, the effects of climate change and harvest disturbance on forest succession were studied. The simulation results were verified by field survey data. The applicability of the model in the study area was evaluated. The results showed that the climate change scenarios with an average temperature increase of 2 ? within 100 years represents a good control of global warming. The dynamic succession trend of forest was basically consistent with that in current climate. The succession dynamics of 100 years could be summarized as follows: Transited from Betula platyphylla coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest stage to larch coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest stage, and the age structure of the forest changed from middle age forest to the four age classes(young forest, middle age forest, mature forest and overmature forest). The effect of harvest disturbance on forest succession was much greater than that of climate change. The impact of climate change on forest succession was aggravated by the increase of harvest disturbance. In recent years, global climate change has become a hot research topic. This paper could provide a reference for studying the response of forest ecosystem to climate change, and propose countermeasures for forest ecosystem protection and management.
