Purpose:Coronary heart disease risk factors and coronary artery lesion counts and TCM syndrome type of correlation.Material and method:Collect cases for January 2014 to December 2014 in liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine line heart hospitalized with coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease. Collected in patients with coronary artery lesion counts, the Chinese medicine dialectical classification and whether hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia etc, into Excel spreadsheet. And according to the merger of pathogenic factors and coronary artery lesion counts, TCM syndrome type grouping statistics the number of cases, patients with the final application SPSS17.0 statistical software for the data collected with Kruskal Wallis rank and statistic test or the X2 test method.Results:1. Include a total of 188 patients with coronary heart disease, including phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type, most(53.2%), qi and Yin deficiency type(39.4%), qi deficiency and blood stasis type, at least 7.4%.2. Coronary heart disease with high blood pressure, diabetes and dyslipidemia three kinds of pathogenic factors is given priority to with three lesions, compared with coronary heart disease group, P<0.05, statistically significant. Other pathogenic factors of coronary artery lesion counts compared with CHD group were P>0.05, statistically insignificant. Count number increases, the merger risk factors of coronary lesions has a tendency to increase.3. The pathogenic factors of TCM syndrome types compared with CHD group were P>0.05, statistically insignificant. Merging different number of pathogenic factors of TCM syndrome type comparison between groups, P>0.05, statistically insignificant.4.Coronary heart disease(CHD) count each TCM syndrome type of coronary lesions compared between groups, P>0.05, statistically insignificant.Conclusion:1. Coronary heart disease of TCM syndrome type distribution rule by the many to the few of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis, qi and Yin deficiency, qi deficiency and blood stasis.2. No correlation between coronary heart disease risk factors and coronary artery lesion count; Coronary heart disease(CHD) with three kinds of pathogenic factors is given priority to with three lesions, combination of an increase in the number of pathogenic factors, coronary lesion count has a rising trend.3. The coronary heart disease risk factors and TCM syndrome types have no obvious correlation.4. Coronary heart disease of TCM syndrome type and has no obvious correlation between coronary lesion counts.
