Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Warm Acupuncture On Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of warm needling moxibustion in treating Spleen and kidney yang deficiency chronic fatigue syndrome, with oral Yougui Wan as control group.Comparing and analyzing the result of pre-treatmen and post-treatment by clinical symptoms, fatigue scale index, serum immunog-lobulin(IgA?IgM?IgG).To make an objective evaluation of the clinical effectof warm needling moxibustion.Methods:sixty patients with Spleen and kidney yang deficiency chronic fatigu-e synd rome from Hunan Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine wer-e randomly a llocated to treatment groups(n=30)and control groups(n=30). The treatment group treated with warm needling moxibustion,one per-day,10 days for a co urse oftreatment, for a total of three courses;Control group treated with oral Youguiwan,1 pill three times per-day, for a total of 30 days.The spleen and kidney Yang de ficiency type of chronic fatigue syndrome classification quantization tablesand scale o bserved in the two groups before and after the treat-ment of chronic fatigue syndrom e patients,the same as the fatigue scale scores serum immunog-lobulin(Ig A, Ig M, I g G).Results:In this study, the final effective number of cases is 57 cases,28 cases were effective in the treatment group(break off 2 cases), 29 cases were effective for cases control group(break off 1 case),through statistical analysis, the results show that:(1) total effective rate of the treatment group is 92.9;,total effective rate of the control group is 79.3%.the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05);(2) in improving clinical symptoms integral differential value, the two groups all can decrease the valu.there were significant differences between pre-/post-treatment in treatment group and the control group, and the effect of the treatment group is better(P < 0.05);(3) in improving fatigue index table aspects, the two groups all can decrease the value,there were significant differences between pre-/post-treatment in treatment group and the control group, and the effect of the treatment group is better(P < 0.05);(4)in improving the serum immunoglobulin(IgA?IgM?IgG),the two groups all can raise the level of serum immunoglobulin(IgA?IgM?IgG),there were significant differences between pre-/post-treatment in treatment group and the control group, and the effect of the treatment group is better(P < 0.05).(5)The two groups had no untoward effect.Conclusion:warm needling moxibustion has a obvious clinical effect CFS spleen kidney Yang,it can effective improved clinical symptoms integral differential value, and fatigue table index, and serum immuneglobulin(Ig A, and Ig M, and Ig G) level, its better than oral youguiwan,remind that it is practicable of warm needling moxibustion;may because of improving patients serum immune globulin(Ig A, and Ig M, and Ig G) to reduce patients of fatigue symptoms about, worth further research.
