| Objective: Compare the curative effect between the two groups,compare the curative effect between traditional acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture,and confirm the curative effect in treating Spleen-Yang-Deficiency Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.Methods: From Jan 2022 to Mar 2023,the patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group(conventional acupuncture)and the control group(the combination of acupuncture and conventional acupuncture).Altogether 60 cases,the outcome of the research was carried out both pre and post therapy,statistical analysis was carried out.Results: 1.Comparative Study on Baseline Data: There was no statistical significance in the overall status of both groups(P<0.05).2.The control rate and FS-14 were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Compared with the control group,P < 0.05,there is a certain statistic value.Therefore,the score of these patients is obviously lower compared with the control group.Comparative study on TCM Syndrome Score:Comparative Results of Both Pre and Post-therapy Results showed that there were significant differences between Both Groups(p<0.05).Clinical Symptom Score:Comparison between Pre,Post and Post Therapy,and Post Therapy.The Difference between Both Groups was significant(P< 0.05)5.Effectiveness analysis: The overall effectiveness of therapy group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 86.67%.The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the two groups were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the satisfied assessment,the therapeutic group was 90.00%,the contrast group was 76.67%,and the therapeutic group was more satisfied(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The results show that both therapies are effective,but the combination of moxibustion and common acupuncture has a higher efficacy and deserves to be popularized in clinic. |
