Objective: To observe the clinical effect and safety of Qi Zhu Laxative Decotion in the treatment of Q i deficiency syndrome with slow transit constipation patients, to play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, to better serve the majority of patients.Methods: The patients were selected from January 2015 to 2016 February, Hunan Province Chinese medicine hospital anorectal treatment in patients with Qi deficiency type of slow transit constipation. According to the clinical randomized method, will be included in the standard, 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group;Treatment group of 35 cases were taking Qi Zhu Laxative Decotion, the control group35 cases taking Prucalopride Succinate Tablets, reed card will the treatment, a course of 4weeks. Two groups of patients with constipation symptom integral, relevant TCM symptoms integral, as the outcome indicators, the evaluation before and after treatment respectively;Form of cases recorded data, using SPASS19.0 statistical analysis software for data analysis and processing, and within the group, compared between groups.Results:Finally won a total of 66 patients with statistical analysis, the treatment group 35 cases, 31 cases of control group.Two groups of constipation symptom assessment in constipation symptom clinical efficacy evaluation aspects: treatment group total effective rate was 97.14%, control group total effective rate was 87.1%, the rank and inspection(Z = 2.180, P < 0.05), improve the symptoms of constipation in patients with the total effective rate of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Symptoms of two groups after treatment compared the total integral, the t test(t = 1.872, P = 1.872 < 0.05), the difference between the two groups have statistical significance, shows that the treatment group’s overall symptomatic treatment is better than the control group.The main symptom integral comparison, the treatment group in the "degree of shortness of breath", "lack of power degree", "less gas lazy words", "o" treatment of the treatment are the four aspects of P < 0.05, the difference is statistically significant, the treatment group can improve the deficiency of symptoms.In the four aspects are the control group(P > 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference, qi deficiency group does not improve symptoms.In terms of the patients’ satisfaction, the treatment group patients satisfaction rate of 91.43%.Control satisfaction rate was 77.42%, the rank and inspection(Z =-1.969, p = 0.049 < 0.05). The difference was statistically significant, the treatment group can get recognition of patients.Two groups of no serious adverse events occurred in the process of treatment, high safety.Conclusion: 1.Qi Zhu Laxative Decotion in the treatment of Qi deficiency syndrome of slow transit constipation clinical curative effect is exact, in improve the symptoms of patients with constipation, symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients is superior to Prucalopride Succinate Tablets.2. the clinical application of Qi Zhu Laxative Decotion has good safety, no obvious adverse reactions and side effects. Qi Zhu Laxative Decotion is a safe and effective prescription for treating Qi deficiency syndrome with slow transit constipation,which is worthy of further popularization and application.
