Qingfei Huazhuo Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective: Clinical observation of Qingfeihuazhuo-Decoction Acute Exacerbation Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(AECOPD)(Phlegm hot obstructing the lung),clinical efficacy and effect on AECOPD in patients with in patients with serum TNF-α,lung function and CAT score.Methods: 60 suitable AECOPD patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, the control group treated by routine western medicine, with controlled oxygen therapy, antibiotics, bronchodilators, expectorant. The treatment group in the control group on the basis of, plus service Qingfeihuazhuo-Decoction oral(an agent, the daily morning and evening services),14 days for a course. In the two groups were observed before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs, serum TNF-α,lung function and CAT score.Results:1. Clinical symptoms and signs: Symptoms and symptom symptom score, the treatment group and the control group than in the pre-treatment differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the treatment group after treatment, symptom scores showed significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group in terms of symptoms and signs of improvement in the overall efficacy than the control group. Each treatment group compared to sputum, dry rales, crackles with the control group significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group in improving sputum, dry rales, crackles aspects significantly better than the control group. The difference between before and after improvements coughing, wheezing, fever treatment had no significant(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment group in improving coughing, wheezing, fever aspects of the same effect with the control group.2.Serum TNF-α:after the treatment, the serum level of TNF-α patients in treatment group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Lung function: before and after treatment in treatment group and control group and lung function were improved, there was statistically significant(P<0.05),no statistically significant difference between the two groups after the treatment of FEV1%(P>0.05).4.CAT score: The treatment group and the control group can improve patients with CAT score(P<0.05).After treatment, CAT score in treatment group compared with the control group, there are significant differences(P<0.05).5.Blood gas analysis:The treatment group and the control group can improve patients with Blood gas analysis(P<0.05).After treatment, Blood gas analysis in treatment group compared with the control group, there are no significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Qingfeihuazhuo-Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with AECOPD, improve the total efficiency, better than the control group;2.The serum TNF-α level of patients with 2 in the treatment group were better than the control group, suggesting that Qingfeihua zhuo-Decoction may be able to inhibit the expression of inflammatory cytokines, to reduce airway inflammation;3. Qingfeihuazhuo-Decoction can improve the AECOPD patients with a CAT score, improve the life quality of the patients;4. Qingfeihuazhuo-Decoction combined with routine western medicine therapy can effectively improve the pulmonary function of patients with AECOPD FEV1 index, to improve the situation with the pure western medicine treatment group the same.5. Qingfeihuazhuo-Decoction combined with routine western medicine therapy can effectively improve the pulmonary function of patients with AECOPD Blood gas analysis, to improve the situation with the pure western medicine treatment group the same.
