Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chemotherapy-induced Nausea And Vomiting By The Combination Of Sputum And Sputum Decoction Plus Palonosetron Hydrochloride

Objective:To observe the effection of Xuanfudaizhe decoction and Palonosetron on controlling chemotherapy nausea,vomiting and the indicators of TCM syndrome integral,KPS score and appetite classification;To observe the effect of Xuanfudaizhe decoction and Palonosetron on controlling the side effect of chemotherapy and provide new ideas and methods of control side effect of chemotherapy with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Dividing the patients into treatment group and control group,the control group for 28 case and the treatment group for 29 case randomly;treat the control group with Palonosetron,dexamethasone and symptomatic supportive treatment before chemotherapy; treat the treatment group with Xuanfudaizhe decoction for 1 week on the base of the treatment in control group;observe indicators of the full control rate and the effective rate of nausea and vomiting,TCM syndrome integral, appetite classification, KPS score,completion rate of chemotherapy and side effect.Results: Compared to control group,the full control rate and the effective rate of nausea and vomiting during acute stage was higher in the treatment groups with no significant difference between the treatment groups(P>0.05);compared to control group,the full control rate and the effective rate of nausea and vomiting during delay stage was higher in the treatment groups having statistical significance between the treatment groups(P<0.05);TCM syndrome integral after the treatment of the 2 groups decreased than before having statistical significance between the treatment groups(P<0.05);appetite lessens in the 2 groups having statistical significance between the 2 groups(P<0.05)and treatment group lessens more than control group;KPS score lessens in the2 groups having statistical significance between the 2 groups(P<0.05)and treatment group lessens more than control group;arrest of bone marrow appears after the treatment and a day after chemotherapy with no significant difference between the treatment groups(P>0.05);with no functional lesion of heart,liver and kidney in the 2 groups; incidence rate of astriction and abdominal distension in treatment group was lower than control group having statistical significance between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusions: Xuanfudaizhe decoction and Palonosetron can improve the nausea and vomiting during delay stage,appetite classification and the quality of life and decrease TCM syndrome integral;and can decreased the side effect of astriction and abdominal distension.
