Nowadays,more and more people tend to pursue a beautiful,healthy,and green life.Moreover,it is a fashion for people to develop a healthy skin-care product with propolis added to it.T.lutarioriparia var.lutarioriparia,the Grass and Miscanthus Anderss,is commonly referred to as "LuSun" in Dongting Lake area,and it’s one among the three treasure of Dongting.Contemporary analysis shows that the roots of Triarrhena lutarioriparia contain a lot of polysaccharide、dietary fiber,multiple kinds of essential amino acids and vitamins, and it is rich in trace elements including selenium,calcium,zinc,magnesium and so on.Utilizing the traditional Chinese medicine theory, authors of this article combined each classical prescriptions and preliminary study.This thesis applied modern pharmaceutical technology to develop Triarrhena lutarioriparia. And Syzygium aromaticum.into cosmetics and skincare and to study preparation techniques,quality of products and pharmacodynamics in the hope of setting an example in terms of promoting the synthetic development and utilization of Hunan genuine medicinal materials.1.After the analysis of responsive section experiment variance and multiple comparison,the optimum extraction parameters of polysaccharide were determined as follows:93.86℃ in temperature,3.77 h in time,1:40.02 in ratio solid to liquid.2.The prepared total polysaccharide of Triarrhena lutarioriparia was used as raw materials to prepare moisturizer and optimize the matrix formulation and dosage.The final preparation of Dixiang prescription moisturizer was as follows:Stearic acid60 g,white petroleum jelly 60 g,octadecanol 60 g,liquid paraffin 90 g,span-60 16 g,5ml clove oil,polysorbate-80 44 g,glycerol 100 g,3% polysaccharide aqueous570 m,enhanceparaben 2g.And the production process was:first the oil phase emulsified at 85℃ for 10 min and aqueous phase emulsified at 80 C for 30 min.This mixture was used as the oil phase which was slowly added to the aqueous phase.This mixture was stirred constantly in the same direction before the oil-in-water type(O/W) cream was obtained.3.Thirdly, strictly quality test must be test:using national standards to test pH,heavy metal like lead, mercury,arsenic,and hygiene(total plate count,yeast and mold and Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,fecal coli group), using national standards and enterprise standards to judge results.The product is up to standard.4.Based on the rate up to standard of Dixiang moisturizer, study on the local administration toxicity test and allergy test were undertaked. The acute oral experiment on mice indicated that the maximum feeding was 5000mg/kg with no deaths and adverse reactions within seven days.The result was consistent with GBGB791987BBAFD781-1127388844(the actual non-toxic was LD50 5000 mg/kg).The above experiment indicates that the preparation technology of Triarrhena lutarioriparia moisturizer is practical and feasible,the product quality is stable with no toxicity and sensitization.
