The Effect Of The Intervention Of Huang Di Nei Jing On The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Purpose:Through the investigation of Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of nephrology outpatient and inpatient of primary chronic glomerulonephritis patients quality of survival, evaluation in the preserve one's health intervention to improve the positive impact of CGN patients the health-related quality of life, for the prevention and treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and delaying the progression of the disease to provide reference. Evaluate the Huangdi's Canon of Medicine preserve one's health intervention to improve the positive impact of the health-related quality of survival in CGN patients, to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and to delay the progression of the disease.Method:By using the questionnaire. Patient matches the criteria volunteered to participate in this study. The first kidney disease quality of life(KDQOL-SF^TM) questionnaire completed. 75 participants were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with Chinese traditional based therapy combined with the Huangdi's Canon of Medicine intervention treatment. The control group only accepts Chinese traditional basic treatment, no additional intervention treatment. After three months follow-up treatment, the quality of survival(KDQOL-SF^TM) questionnaire and clinical data of second patients with renal disease in the experimental group and the control group were collected. Complete data analysis by using SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results:By using the Chinese traditional basic treatment with the Huangdi's Canon of Medicine intervention treatment compared with the control group. The treatment with statistical significant clinical indexes of chronic glomerulonephritis, urinary protein, Cystatin C, glomerular filtration rate etc. On the KDQOL-SF^TM in MSS, PF, MH,RE, Sleep, BKD, QSI, SOS dimension scores were statistically significant.Conclusion:By using Huangdi's Canon of Medicine thought intervention therapy with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,have a lot positive effects to improve the clinical index of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, have some positive impacts on the QOL, the prevention and treatment of CGN and delay the progression of the disease.
