| Objective To investigate the practical and reliable clinical observation results of desensitized prescription for rhinitis with inhalation for allergic rhinitis. Methods There were 101 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis, these patients were randomly divided into three groups, including the group of desensitized prescription for rhinitis of aerosol inhalation combined with oral loratadine, simple oral loratadine treatment group and simple desensitized prescription for rhinitis of aerosol inhalation group. There were three treatments of courses with each one 10 days. We must observed the patients' clinical symptoms and scores of sign before treatment,after one period of treatment, three courses of treatment and one month after withdrawal of the treatment, we used the statistical methods to analyze the different index and datas among three groups and within every group.Results :1. The results showed that the combination therapy group, TCM group and western medicine group certain effect on allergic rhinitis. However, the efficacy of the combination therapy group was better than the other two groups.2. The clinical follow-up of one month after treatment suggested that the long-term treatment effect of the combination therapy group was superior to western medicine treatment group and Chinese medicine treatment group. 3. The comparison between the two control group showed that the Western medicine treatment group was markedly superior to traditional Chinese medicine treatment group after a short-term course, both of the two groups had no obvious differences of clinical efficacy after three courses of treatment, but when we stopped curing for one month, the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was better than Western medicine treatment group on the long-term effect. Conclusion It has exact clinical effect of desensitized prescription with inhalation for allergic rhinitis. and it will have short-term and long-term efficacy combined with antihistamine loratadine. |
