| Objective:To observe the effect with the combination of jiaweiyupingfeng prescription and loratadine tablets in treating of perennial allergic rhinitis of deficiency of the lung-qi, and the changes of interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and interleukin-5(IL-5), taking loratadine tablets group as the control, to objectively evaluate the efficiency and safety of jiaweiyupingfeng prescription in treating perennial allergic rhinitis of deficiency of the lung-qi, and further, discuss the mechanism of action.Methods:60perennial allergic rhinitis patients of deficiency of the lung-qi were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (jiaweiyupingfeng prescription&Loratadine tablets,30) and the control group (Loratadine tablets,30). After30days of treatment, both groups were observed the effects in improving clinical syndromes and the serum level of IFN-y and IL-5levels.Results:(1)The total effective rate of curative effect was92.9%in treatment group, while82.8%in control group.There was significant difference between two groups after the treatment (P<0.05).(2) Both groups can improve serum level of IFN-y and reduce serum level of IL-5(P<0.01) The difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant (P<0.01)Conclusion:Jiaweiyupingfeng prescription had extract curative effect in perennial allergic rhinitis patients with the pattern of deficiency of the lung-qi, it was related with which can promote serum level of IFN-y and reduce IL-5. It can improve the organism of the immunity mechanism and the clinical symptom. It is the safe effective drug of traditional chinese medicine. |
