Objective:For the treatment of ulcerative colitis by using effective prescription Dangguishaoyao simultaneous treatment of blood and water method.Effect of the observation on the correlation index of aquaporin3、4 and blood rheology, objective to investigate the blood stasis in the treatment of UC law to regulate the "blood" and "water" and the mechanism of the pathogenesis of UC.Methods:(1) In the clinical research,60 patients with UC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases. The treatment group were treated with daily oral Dangguishaoyao San decoction, and Dangguishaoyao decoction retention enema water one times every night. Control group was treated with Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets, and hydrocortisone sodium succinate enema retention enema one times every night. Hemorheology indexes were detected before and after treatment in all groups. The blood rheology of the two groups was observed after one week. (2) The experimental study,60 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group、model group、high、medium and low dose group and control group, with 10 rats in each group. Except the normal group, the remaining 50 are the establishment of a model of acute phase of UC, the modeling, daily be Danggui Shaoyao Powder, and low dose group of different doses of traditional Chinese medicine decoction orally and SASP group be sulfasalazine suspension gavage, model group and normal group daily given equal volume of saline by gavage groups by gavage once a day, after two weeks of continuous treatment, the animals were killed and the samples were taken for examination.Results:(1)The treatment group and the control group in the treatment of blood rheology indexes were abnormal. After the treatment, each group of blood rheological index were lower, before and after the treatment, the difference has statistical significance (P< 0.05). (2)The expression levels of AQP3 and AQP4 positive cells in the model group were significantly lower than that in the normal group (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the expression of AQP3、AQP4 in the high、medium dose group and positive control group was significantly higher than that, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:UC patients have high blood coagulation status, and "Blood and water have both lesions" plays an important role in the pathogenesis of UC; UC patients may exist water fluid metabolism disorder. Simultaneous treatment of blood and water of UC has significant effect, The mechanism may be achieved by improving the UC blood rheology and up regulation of AQP3 and AQP4 expression in the colon.
