Objective:To study the pre hypertension blood stasis infrared thermal imaging and image features,combined with healthy volunteers group,prehypertension non blood stasis group,blood stasis group hypertension infrared thermal imaging image features,and expounds the preliminary summary of pre hyperrtension blood stasis group of infrared thermal imaging image features,to provide a visual basis for diagnosis of prehypertension,provide new approach for early prevention and treatment of pre hypertension.Methods:from March 2016 to June 2016,the Centers for disease prevention and treatment of patients with pain in the center of disease prevention and treatment in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were selected,and those who met the inclusion criteria were selected.A total of 36 patients with hypertension were treated with Yin deficiency,blood stasis and blood stasis,and there were about 117 people with hypertension and blood stasis and blood stasis in the early stage of hypertension.There were about 41 people with hypertension and yin deficiency and blood stasis group,and the healthy group was 50.Objective:To study the distribution characteristics of the infrared image of the frontal area,the right and the left,the left and right palms,the anterior cardiac area(mean temperature)and the location of the study.Results:(1)qualitative research showed that the overall pre hypertension of yin deficiency and blood stasis groups the forehead was dark red,white or even local;zygomaticofacial is red purple,yellow green or even local palm;reddish color,even local yellow;precordia infrared thermography is not continuous,the middle of the thickness a disconnect or image,yellow or yellow green,and occasionally with red.(2)the quantitative analysis shows that the forehead of prehypertension group and hypertension group were higher than the average temperature,average temperature of healthy people forehead,compared with statistical significance(P<0.05);and pre hypertension of yin deficiency and blood stasis groups around the palm temperature than the healthy group,people around the palm are high temperature,phase there were statistically significant(P<0.05);and prehypertension group and hypertension group before the heart imaging area and zygomaticofacial infrared thermal imaging infrared heat and healthy people had no significant difference,the average temperature in comparison was also no statistical significance(P>0.05).In each group,the forehead temperature was the highest,and there was a high degree of statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:there were significant differences in the forehead and around the palm of the infrared thermal imaging image features pre hypertension of yin deficiency and blood stasis groups and healthy people,but the difference about infrared imaging features of zygomatic and the area before the heart is not obvious.There was no significant difference in the infrared thermal imaging characteristics of the patients with hypertension,yin deficiency,blood stasis and hypertension and yin deficiency and blood stasis.
