Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Bullous Pemphigoid Damp Heat Syndrome By Detoxification And Dehumidification Granules

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and the safety of Jieduchushi Granules in the treatment of bullous pemphigus?BP?which belongs to damp heat toxin syndrome.Methods:We will select 60 patients from the outpatient department of Dermatology of the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and The Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University during January 2014 to September 2016,who met the inclusion criteria.Then we will divide them into two groups randomly.One of the group is called treatment group,and another is called control group.Jieduchushi Granules and Prednisone acetate will be selected for treatment group,and Prednisone acetate will be selected for a control group.Everyone in the experiment should continue taking the medicine for 2 courses?1 course is 4 weeks?.After 2 courses,we will compare the situation of several symptoms?BPDAI?adverse reaction?before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,two groups of lesions were significantly improved.After drug treatment,the treatment group and the control group in skin score,degree of pruritus,BPDAI and effective rate,had statistical significance?P<0.05?.There was no statistically significant difference in skin lesion score.During the course of treatment,the two groups were divided into 1 case.Among them,the treatment group of 29 cases,2 cases were cured,22 cases markedly improved,improved 5 cases,invalid 0 cases,the total effective rate was 82.76%;29 cases of the control group,the basic recovery in 0cases,markedly effective in 18 cases,improved 10 cases,invalid 1 cases,the total effective rate was 62.01%.By?² test,the comparison of two groups of patients with curative is effective,P<0.05.It means that there are differences in the efficacy of the two groups,and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The total effective rate of treatment group Jieduchushi granules combined with prednisone acetate was 82.76%,which was better than that of prednisone acetate control group?62.01%?.The total effective rate of Jieduchushi granules combined with prednisone acetate is better than that of prednisone acetate group.2.Jieduchushi granules combinedwith prednisone acetate in the treatment of damp-heat toxic type of BP,can improve the BPDAI,skin score,itching degree of improvement is more obvious;and is better than single-use prednisone acetate.3.The use of Jieduchushi granules in the clinical has no obvious side effects.It's safe and reliable.
