Clinical Observation Of Chinese Herbal Extract, Total Glucosides Of Paeony, In The Treatment Of Early Damp-heat Phlegm-reducing Rheumatoid Arthritis

? Objective ? :To observe the effect of total glucosides on the improvement of TCM syndromes,the improvement of inflammatory indexes and the improvement of immune indexes,the improvement of DAS28 scores and the safety of drug use in patients with early rheumatoid arthritis(dampness-heat blockage type).To investigate the curative effect of total glucosides of paeoniflora extract on early rheumatoid arthritis(dampness-heat blockage type),and to provide reference for clinical drug use.?Methods?: 70 cases of early rheumatoid arthritis patients who met the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.Before the patients were treated,the general observation data and the observation data were recorded.The treatment group was given total glucosides of paeony,methotrexate and nabumetone,and the control group was given methotrexate and nabumetone.The above drugs were used for four weeks,which is a course of treatment.The patients were treated with the drugs for a total of three treatment courses.The patients were followed up at the end of each course of treatment(telephone follow-up or outpatient follow-up).The patients' DAS28 scores were calculated.After12 weeks of treatment,the changes in clinical signs before and after treatment,the improvement of laboratory indicators,and the number of patients with adverse events in both groups were statistically analyzed and compared.?Results?: In the aspect of DAS28 scores,the treatment group has a slightly better effect on early rheumatoid arthritis than the control group.There was no significant difference in DAS28 scores between the first eight weeks of treatment,and the effect of total glucosides of paeoniflorin combined with methotrexate was better than that of methotrexate in the 12 th week.At the end of treatment,the patients clinical signs and laboratory indicators were compared.The treatment group was superior to the control group in the aspect of morning stiffness time.The treatment group was superior to the control group in the aspects of immunoglobulin.In terms of drug safety.The incidence of diarrhea in the treatment group(paeony total glycoside combined with methotrexate)was higher than that in the control group(methotrexate).The number of cases of adverse affection in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.?Conclusion?:Through statistical analysis of data,we believe that the traditional Chinese medicine extract of total glucosides of paeony can improve the morning stiffness time of patients.The anti-inflammatory and anti immune effects of total glucosides of paeony could improve the symptoms of arthritis and the immune response of joints.The treatment group was superior to the control group in the aspects of morning stiffness time,the RF and immunoglobulin,which indicates that the treatment program of treatment group has a better effect.The data of drug safety in this study reveals the deficiencies in the design of the program,that is,the number of patients is relatively small,and we need to expand the sample size in order to further study the safety of total glucosides of paeony.
