| OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Yangyin recipe in the prevention and treatment of side effects of Qi and yin deficiency and toxin retention type non-small cell lung cancer during radiotherapy.METHODS: During the period from October 2015 to October 2016 in the Tumor Hospital Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute of Hunan Province,non-small cell lung cancer radiotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with radiation treatment cycle,treatment group during radiotherapy combined with nourishing yin Qingjiefang,compared two groups of tumor changes,clinical symptoms,KPS score,body weight,bone marrow suppression index,radioactive radiation esophagitis and other acute and subacute toxicity and safety index changes.RESULTS:1.TCM syndrome score quality of life The treatment group comparison,quality of life score higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),control group,quality of life score was decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the group in improving the quality of life score better curative effect than the control group.2.Quality of life Compared with before treatment,after treatment of TCM syndrome score was significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),compared the two groups after treatment,the treatment group symptom score is lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Comparison of two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect,the treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),and found in the cough,chest pain,cough phlegm and blood play treatment group scores after treatment than before treatment decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Weight The treatment group comparison,no statistically significant difference(P> 0.05),the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),comparison between groups after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),suggesting that Yin Qingjiefang in stable weight had no significant effect.4.Radioactive myelosuppression After 2 weeks of treatment,the experimental group and the control group the incidence of bone marrow suppression were 16.7% and 23.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);after the end of treatment,the experimental group and the control group the incidence of bone marrow suppression were 20% and 36.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);treatment group compared with no statistical significance(P > 0.05),the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05);the experimental group suggested that inhibition effect is better than the control group in the prevention and control of radioactive bone marrow.5.Radioactive esophagitis After 2 weeks of treatment,the experimental group and the control group of radioactive esophagitis incidence rates were 13.3% and 23.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the end of treatment,the experimental group and the control group the incidence of bone marrow suppression were 16.7% and 36.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);treatment group compared with no statistical significance(P>0.05),the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05);that the experimental group had better curative effect than the control group in the prevention and treatment of radiation esophagitis.Conclusion:Yin Qingjie Decoction in prevention of toxin in the junction and the clinical curative effect of radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer during radiotherapy side-effects exactly,effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life,reduce the toxicity during radiotherapy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer with radioactive bone marrow suppression and radiation esophagitis,safe and convenient,worthy of promotion. |
