| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of plum blossom needle in the treatment of the pruritus of localized chronic eczema.Methods: Selected 60 cases during January 2016 to January 2017 in the second affiliated hospital of hunan university of Chinese medicine to study localized chronic eczemall subjects were divided into control group and experimental group.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was given routine nursing,the experimental group was treated with plum blossom needle on the basis of the control group.Before intervention and after intervention of 10 days and after intervention of 30 days,record scores in the two groups of patients with pruritus grade,sleep quality and quality of life.Results:(1)Comparison of the scores of pruritus grade:After 10 days of intervention,comparison of two groups,the difference of the scores of pruritus grade was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups,the difference of the scores of pruritus grade was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 30 days of intervention,comparison of two groups,the difference of the scores of pruritus grade was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups,the difference of the scores of pruritus grade was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences of the degree of pruritus,pruritus frequency and duration of pruritus between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of the scores of sleep quality : After 10 days of intervention,comparison of two groups,the difference of the scores of sleep quality was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups,the difference of the scores of sleep quality was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 30 days of intervention,comparison of two groups,the difference of the scores of sleep quality wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups,the difference of the scores of sleep quality was statistically significant(P<0.05),(3)Comparison of the scores of quality of life : After 10 days of intervention,comparison of two groups,the difference of the scores of quality of life was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison between the two groups,the difference of the scores of quality of life was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After30 days of intervention,comparison of two groups,the difference of the scores of quality of life was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison between the two groups,the difference of the scores of quality of life was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The 30 cases belong to the experimental group were completed,the total effective rate was 93.3%.The 30 cases belong to the control group were completed,the total effective rate was 77%.The difference of the curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Plum blossom needle therapy on patients with chronic eczema,have a good effect in Pruritus,sleep quality and quality of life,Especially in the long-term efficacy,can delay the recurrence of chronic eczema patients with pruritus,improve the quality of sleep and quality of life. |
