| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yi Xue Run Chang Decoction in the treatment of Senile Functional Constipation.Methods: Were collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine Department of gastroenterology outpatient qualified 64 cases,the treatment group according to the random number table allocation method(33 cases)and control group(31 cases),the treatment group during the experiment,4 cases of loss,treatment group was treated with Yi Xue Run Chang Decoctionon and the control group was treated with lactulose oral liquid treatment course of 4 weeks,observed before and after treatment,symptoms,signs and TCM symptoms,constipation symptoms,colonic transit velocity.Visit the relevant statistical indicators and statistical analysis at the 8th week.Results:During the treatment of individual symptoms: the patients in the control group dry stool,defecation interval more than 72 hours,defecate symptoms score were lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and dry mouth,dizziness,tinnitus,waist and knees,palpitations,no significant difference between the two zygomatic red symptom score(P >0.05),indicated that the dairy fructose can improve the main symptoms,secondary symptoms of poor treatment effect;dry stool group patients after defecation interval,more than 72 hours,defecation,dry mouth,dizziness,tinnitus,soreness of waist and knee,palpitation,two zygomatic red score decreased significantly,significantly difference(P < 0.05),indicating Yi Xue Run Chang Decoctionon,It can not only improve the main symptoms of constipation patients,but also treat the secondary symptoms.During the treatment of TCM symptom score and efficiency comparison: after treatment,the TCM symptoms total score decreased significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the effective rate of treatment group 96.7%,control group 53.3%,indicating the effect of the treatment group than the control group.During the treatment ofbowel symptom score: two groups all can reduce constipation symptom score,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating Yi Xue Run Chang Decoctionon and lactulose can improve the symptoms of constipation patients,has a laxative effect,no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),that of Yi Xue Run Chang Decoctionon lactulose and laxative effect;two group after treatment compared with per capita defecation frequency and defecation time interval no significant difference(P > 0.05),that Yi Xue Run Chang Decoctionon and lactulose laxative effect.During the treatment,two groups all appear watery stools,hard stool,and the treatment group than the control group without significant differences(P > 0.05),indicating that after taking the Yi Xue Run Chang Decoctionon and lactulose will be bad defecation,but the two appear quite.2 weeks after withdrawal of the drug treatment group than the control group average defecation time,defecation time interval is shorter than the control group,the defecation symptom scores were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating continued treatment effect of Yi Xue Run Chang Decoctionon Senile Functional constipation than lactulose.Colonic transit test:comparison of colonic transit test efficacy of the two groups after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P> 0.05),that Yi Xue Run Chang Decoctionon and lactulose improve senile functional constipation jin less blood loss syndrome in patients with colonic transmission speed equal ability.Safety: no adverse events and adverse reactions were found in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion: Yi Xue Run Chang Decoction and Lactulose Oral Liquid can improve the symptoms of Senile Functional Constipation,the benefit of Yi Xue Run Chang Decoction with Major and secondary consideration,long duration,side effects of small,worthy of clinical promotion. |
