The Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Childhood Constipation(the Syndrome Of Intestine Dryness Due To Body Fluid Deficiency)by The Decoction Of Qing Zao Run Chang

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treatment of childhood constipation (the syndrome of intestine dryness due to body fluid deficiency) by the Decoction of Qing Zao Run Chang.Methods:Using the design scheme of randomized parallel control and self controlto observe. Numbered the64subjects met the inclusion criteria by their clinic sequences,using a random number table,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,32cases in each group. The control group was treated with lactulose oral liquid. Administration and Dosage:Oral,once a day taken in the morning,l-3years old:3-5ml each time,4-6years old:5-7.5ml each time.The treatment group was treated with Qing Zao Run Chang Soup, all drugs were fried juice with the decocting machine, aliquot per dose to3bags, each bag50ml, oral, one dose a day divided into three times. Two groups of children were instructed its usually pay more attention to sports and drinking water, eat more fruits and vegetables that are rich in dietary fiber.A course of two weeks.Observed two groups before and after the treatment of clinical symptoms and signs of improving the situation.Result:(1)The control group and treatment group the total effect respectively is87.5% and90.63%,with statistical analysis,there is no significant difference (P>0.05),shows that two groups have equivalent efficacy on the overall curative effect of consitipation in children.(2)No statistically significant differences between the two groups in improving shape of stool, defecation time, defecation frequency, difficulty degree of defecation,the feeling of after endless,a sense of abdominalpainanddistension (P>0.05)(3) There was statistical significance in improving appetite and sleep (P<0.05), and in particular there is a significant difference in improving the appetite (P<0.01).The treatment group in terms of improving appetite and sleep in children with significantly better than the control group.(4) From the safety and adverse reaction were observed in the treatment group is better safety.Conclusions:the Decoction of Qing Zao Run Chang has a exact clinical curative effect of treating children constipation,can obviously improve the primary and secondary symptoms of pediatric constipation,is an effective prescription in treatment of children with constipation(the syndrome of intestine dryness due to body fluid deficiency).Compared with the control group, the overalleffect is quite, but in terms of improving children’s appetite and sleepits curative effect is superior to lactulose oral liquid, and its security is better.
