Effect Of Xinkang No. 1 Exercise On Rehabilitation And Vascular Endothelial Function In Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: Observation of Xinkang 1th movement scheme effects on vascular endothelial function and the clinical effect of rehabilitation in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,to explore new type of cardiac rehabilitation mode which combines traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine.Methods: To conform to the inclusion criteria of 60 patients according to randomly divided into rehabilitation group and the motion of conventional treatment group(30 cases each).Given conventional treatment group CHD drug therapy,given rehabilitation group Xinkang 1th movement scheme(wuqinxi plus aerobic exercise,jogging),to compare the differences of two groups before and after the treatment scheme of CHD patients about angina pectoris attack situation、 SAS and SDS scores、 LDL-C 、 BMI and the function of vascular endothelial.Result:1.Two groups of patients with angina frequency and duration of angina compared before and after treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05),after treatment,comparisonbetween the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05).rehabilitation group compared with conventional treatment group,curative effect is more apparent.2.Rehabilitation group of SAS、 SDS scores,compared before and after treatment were more significant difference(P<0.01),the conventional treatment group SAS、 SDS scores compared before and after treatment there was no significant difference(P>0.05),the two groups after treatment of SAS、SDS scores had significant difference(P<0.05).3.Rehabilitation group of NO、ET-1、LDL-C、BMI,compared before and after treatment were more significant difference(P < 0.05),the conventional treatment group NO、 ET-1、 LDL-C、 compared before and after treatment there was significant difference(P<0.05),the BMI was no significant difference(P > 0.05),the two groups after treatment of NO、ET-1、LDL-C、BMI had significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Xinkang 1th movement scheme can significantly improve the incidence of angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris,relieve unhealthy psychological state of anxiety and depression,ignificantly improve the clinical curative effect,so as to achieve the aim of double heart stagnation.Xinkang 1th movement scheme can reduce the BMI and LDL-C to reduce risk factors of vascular endothelial dysfunction.Xinkang 1th movement scheme can higher NO level and cut ET 1 level of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris to improve endothelial function.As a combination of rehabilitation model,Xinkang 1th movement scheme provide a new cardiac rehabilitation reference model for CHD.
