Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Xiaozhong Huayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Synovitis Of The Knee Joint

Objective: Through clinical observation of the Jianpi Huayu Detumescence Decoction in the treatment of chronic synovitis of knee joint(phlegm and blood stasis type),to analyse the efficacy and safety about Jianpi Huayu Detumescence Decoction in clinical application,and the influence on index,in order to clinical further promotion of application and provide a theoretical basis and reference.Methods: 60 patients with knee joint chronic synovitis(phlegm and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with basic treatment(exercise),on this basis,the treatment group with Jianpi Huayu Detumescence decoction,the control group received western medicine celecoxib and sodium aescinate tablets,treatment period of two group is 4 weeks.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS),swelling scores,clinical symptom score and WOMAC score were evaluated and compared in two groups before and after the treatmet,the adverse reactions of treatment were also evaluated and compared.Results: Compared with two groups of clinical symptoms and signs of the total score,VAS score,swelling score,WOMAC score before treatment had no significant difference,comparable(P > 0.05);after 2 weeks,4 weeks the above indicators were statistically significant difference compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).No statistical significance after 2 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups of clinical symptoms and signs of the total score,swelling score,WOMAC score difference(P > 0.05),VAS score difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05),the control group had better effect on relieving pain than the treatment group.After 4 weeks of treatment,two groups of clinical symptoms and signs of the total score,swelling score and WOMAC score had significant difference(P < 0.05),the treatment group improved the clinical symptoms and signs,swelling,WOMAC scores were better than the control group,after 4weeks of treatment,VAS scores had no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).total clinical efficacy differences between the 2 groups after four weeks were not statistically significant(P > 0.05),There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Jianpi Huayu Detumescence Decoction can effectively relieve symptoms and signs of chronic gonarthromeningitis(phlegm and blood stasis type),improve joint function in patients,better improve the clinical symptoms and signs score,swelling score and WOMAC score than the control group,its adverse reactions is few.Its effect is curative and worth further mining and promotion.
