Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Four Wonderful Pill Plus Sodium Hyaluronate In The Treatment Of Knee Chronic Traumatic Synovitis

Purpose: The Si Miao Wan flavored and the intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in treating osteoarthritis of the knee secondary by the hot and humid place bets chronic traumatic synovitis of clinical efficacy observation.Material and method: Liaoning traditional chinese medical university hospital's one section of orthopedics as a base,from February 2009 to January 2010 treated by knee osteoarthritis secondary to chronic traumatic synovitis in patients with traumatic randomly selected 64 cases,were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group oral Si Miao Wan flavored and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in treating 32 cases,contrast group simple application of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in treating 32 cases,from the patients'general information,the original incidence,symptoms and functional recovery of the knee etc,observed,recorded,got the results of statistical processing,analyzed and discussed to obtain final conclusions.Results: After 2 to 6 months of follow-up,an average of 3.5 months,treatment group cured 27 cases,improved 4 cases,no clinical efficacy 1 cases,cure rate is 84.38%,response rate is 96.87%;contrast group cured 19 cases,improved 10 cases,no clinical efficacy 3 cases,cure rate is 59.38%,response rate is 90.63%,treatment group's cure rate is significantly higher than contrast group's,after statistical processing is found to have significantly different(P<0.05),the response rate of the two groups after statistical processing are no significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Application of Si Miao Wan flavored flavored and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee secondary by the hot and humid place bets chronic traumatic synovitis,treatment method is simple,high security,few adverse reactions,good patient compliance,better efficacy, than the simple application of sodium hyaluronate therapy has a more positive meaning.2.Application of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee secondary by a chronic traumatic synovitis,is a common and effective method.3.Non-drug treatment can not be ignored,should integrate patients'the natural conditions and social conditions,to formulate the best treatment options.
