Objective: Research on Xueya-ping capsule on spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR),according to the circumstance of rats after taking blood pressure every week,to investigate the efficacy of the proprietary Chinese medicine Xueya-ping capsule treating high blood pressure,and through the test of rat myocardial toll-like receptor 2(TLR2),toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)and the expression of myeloid differentiation factor(MyD88),and left ventricular mass in rats,the changes of left ventricular mass index(bmi),further explore the mechanism of action of Xueya-ping capsule treatment of hypertension.Methods:Select 7 weeks of SPF health male spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR)30,and with the strains with weeks of WKY rats 10.Will only 10 WKY rats as normal control group,30 SHR rats randomly divided into model control group,Xueya-ping and enalaprilat group,each group of 10,only to be distilled water adaptability to feed a week later,the experimental group which drug lavage,normal control group with distilled water to fill the stomach,for 8 weeks.Every weekend with rat tail artery noninvasive blood pressure measurement instrument measuring each group rats blood pressure,8 weekend executed in rats,and take out the heart,weigh each quality of left ventricular myocardium of rats,calculate the left ventricular mass index,and using Western blot method to detect the expression of myocardial TLR2 and TLR4,MYD 88 protein levels.Results:1.Blood pressure: give medicine before each experimental rats blood pressure difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.01),8 weeks after the treatment,the blood pressure level and enalaprilat groups decrease in blood pressure compared with model control group(P <0.05),blood pressure and based on there was no statistically significant difference between the captopril group(P > 0.05).2.Protein expression levels: blood pressure groups and enalaprilat myocardial toll-like receptors-2,4 toll-like receptors and myeloid differentiation factor of protein expression levels compared with model control group significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and blood pressure level is enalaprilat group decreased significantly(P < 0.05),myocardial cell toll-like receptors between groups of 2,4 and toll-like receptors myeloid differentiation factor expression level difference is no statistical significance(P > 0.05).3.Left ventricular mass(LVM)and left ventricular mass index(LVMI): SHR rats left ventricular mass and left ventricular mass index(bmi)was higher than normal control group,4.and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Blood pressure level and enalaprilat group left ventricular mass and left ventricular mass index(bmi)significantly smaller compared with model control group(P < 0.05),and blood pressure level is enalaprilat group decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).
