Objective:By the investigation of children heat constitution,we investigate physical criteria,factors,predisposition of children with heat constitution,evaluate questionnaires objectively,lay the foundation for the promotion of children distinctions modulating.Methods:Using the method of questionnaire,1905 cases of kindergarten children aged 3 to 7 carry on the census.Design children's heat constitution questionnaire(including physicians and family).Physician version of the questionnaire mainly relates to the objective signs,contains four points,filled out by the researchers.Home version questionnaire mainly involving children head facial features,such as digestive system,the general situation of 21 observation point,filled out by the children's close guardian.Recycling questionnaire,application EXCELL all data entry,statistical software SPSS20.0 processing.Results:l.Using the method of questionnaire,completed 1815 cases of valid questionnaires,in line with the clinical characteristics of heat constitution 393,accounting for 21.65 percent of the total.Heat constitution children of 4 to 7 years of age are 348 cases,accounting for 22.34 percent of this age;under 4 years 45 cases,accounting for 14.24%of this age group.2.In heat constitution,the frequency of occurrence of 60%or more of the symptoms manifestations of 15,that is sweating,fever,yellow urine,bad breath,dry hard stools,like drinking cold,eye secretions,swollen tonsils,smelly urine,hot hands and feet,stool like pills,stool color depth,the frequency of which the first three in more than 90%,the first seven frequency of more than 80%.3.Analysis the correlation of the frequency of 60%or more symptoms,the correlation of more significant before the five is smelly urine,yellow urine,stool like pills,lips red,dry hard stools.4.The differences of the ratio of four age in hot hands and feet,smelly urine,finger hangnail,epistaxis,girl genital odor,foot peeling constitute had statistical significance.5.Risk factors associated with children heat constitution has 11,of which the first five are otitis media,hair loss,pharyngitis,antibiotics,more milk and meat.Conclusion:1.In 1905 cases of large sample census,including 1815 valid questionnaires,heat constitution accounted for 21.65%.Heat constitution children of 4 to 7 years accounts for 22.34 percent of this age.lt indicates that the objective existence of heat constitution,and heat constitution have focused on children 4 to 7 years of age.2.On the heat constitution show,appeared higher frequency are sweating,fever,yellow urine,bad breath,dry hard stools,like drinking cold,eye secretions.The correlation of more significant are smelly urine,yellow urine,stool like pills,lips red,dry hard stools.Children containing the performance should actively intervene.3.Children of older,more milk and meat,different food,introverted,impatient prone to heat constitution.Heat constitution children use more antibiotics.To prevent the occurrence of heat constitution,we usually have to develop good character and eating habits.
