Object:Pulse method is a diagnostic way to understand and identify diseases according to images displayed by the patient's pulsating arteries pressed by doctor's fingers.As ancient saying goes,pulse can be connected to spirit.There's a long history on pulse method which is the fruit made by Chinese people who have struggling with the disease for thousands of years.Ancient physicians attach great importance to it.With the rapid development of medical ultrasonic imaging,changes in some physical parameters can reflect the information on anatomy and physiological functions of tissues and organs.By applying Doppler ultrasound technique to traditional Chinese pulse diagnosis we can see,that the turnings in the size of the lumen were exactly consistent with that of vascular pulsation under the color Doppler ultrasound,and the results were identical with the anatomic characteristics and ultrasound images,In addition,pulsating information acquired device does well on reliability,repeatability,and stability.Using Doppler ultrasound technique to observe the difference of blood flow image through human trials,we can study that:?Differences between Cunkou and Fuyang pulse.According to the diversities of blood flow image on these two pulses,we can analyze these dissimilar responses on human body.?Diagnostic significance of Fuyang pulse in Chronic Gastritis.Contrasting responses by blood flow image between Chronic gastritis patients and normal people,we can explore diagnostic value of two pulses on Chronic Gastritis.?To direct the syndromes of deficiency-excess in Chronic Gastritis from Fuyang pulse under Doppler flow image.We can determine the type of syndroms by diagnostic criteria of Chronic Gastritis and collected tables of clinical symptoms.Besides,we can study the differentiation of syndromes of deficiency-excess in Chronic Gastritis through the relevant data of Fuyang pulse Doppler ultrasound image.Methods:?Grouping normal people,contrasting Cunkou and Fuyang under the technique,observing the index(Vp,Vd,Vm,PI,RI,D,Sv,ET)of the two,then analyzing them with t test.?Grouping trial people,observing the blood flow index(Vp,Vd,Vm,PI.RI,D,Sv,ET)between patients and health,and contrasting diagnostic significance of Cunkou and Fuyang through t test.?Grouping patients with Chronic Gastritis,compare excess group with deficiency group of Fuyang pulse imaging.Analyzing the two index(Vp,Vd,Vm,PI,RI,D,Sv,ET)in excess and deficiency group by t test.Result:?Contrasted with the data of blood flow image of Fuyang and Cunkou pulse in normal group and patients respectively(except Vp,P<0.05),the two consequences are definitely different.?Comparing the blood flow of Cunkou pulse in normal and chronic gastritis patients(all index P>0.05),there is no clear correlation between their flow images.However,through Fuyang pulse blood flow comparisons(found in ET,PI,SV,p<0.05)we can specifically relate it to Chronic Gastritis.?To make sure these patients in which group(syndrome of excess or deficiency group)by clinical questionnaire(found in ET,PI,p<0.05),so these index(ET,PI)of Fuyang pulse bloom flow can reflect different syndromes of deficiency-excess in chronic gastritis,and there is a certain correlation.Conclusion:?The Cunkou and Fuyang pulse has a clear difference in body reflection.?There is no clear correlation between the Cunkou pulse blood flow and Chronic Gastritis,on the contrary Fuyang pulse blood flow is explicitly associated to the disease,so Fuyang pulse has clear diagnostic significance in Chronic Gastritis.?There is an essential difference by Fuyang pulse on the type of deficiency-excess syndromes in Chronic Gastritis:the type of Excess reflects Qi of meridian is blocked,while the type of deficiency glass qi is deficient.From the above,Fuyang pulse provides important information on diagnosis of Chronic Gastritis syndromes.
