Research On The Pulse Condition Of Different States Of Gastrointestinal Tract Based On The Objectification Of Pulse Diagnosis In Traditional Chinese Medicine

ObjectiveThe modern science and technology are combined with the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory of pulse diagnosis by Doppler ultrasound.Based on the observation and comparison ofDoppler ultrasound blood flow diagram of human cun-kou pulse,fu-yang pulse and ren-ying pulse,the diagnostic significance of gastrointestinal block and the reflection of the degree of gastrointestinal block on the relevant blood flow diagram were explored.Taking the population in the state of inedia as the object,the relationship between physiological indicators,subjective sensation and pulse condition in different states of gastrointestinal tract were observed by using modern physiological testing instruments and pulse diagnosis apparatus,so as to explore the scientific significance and clinical application value of pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.Content and MethodsAccording to the historical literature such as huangdi neijing(Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic)and shanghan zabing lun(typhoid and miscellaneous diseases),the reflection of different states of gastrointestinal tract on pulse condition is clarified.Study 1:the Doppler flow diagrams of ren-ying pulse,cun-kou pulse and fu-yang pulse in normal population and patients with functional constipation which caused by heat accumulate the stomach and intestine were tested by Doppler ultrasound.Statistical analysis was conducted to observe the characteristics of Doppler blood flow diagram indicators at the three points of cun-kou pulse,fu-yang pulse and ren-ying pulse,and to analyze the differences.Study 2:the blood flow graph indexes of the same point of the normal group and the group of patients with functional constipation which caused by heat accumulate the stomach and intestine were statistically analyzed.The differences of Doppler blood flow diagram between normal people and patients with functional constipation in cun-kou pulse,ren-ying pulse and fu-yang pulse were compared.Study 3:with the help of study 2,the fu-yang pulse Doppler flow diagram of the normal group and the patient group could be reflected.The data were analyzed and compared to explore its diagnostic significance for the degree of internal obstruction in the gastrointestinal tract.Study 4:statistical analysis of the data of three times before,during and after the inedia.Including body weight,bone mass and other body components;Data of physiological indicators such as blood pressure,pulse,blood oxygen saturation and blood per-fusion;Sleep status,energy evaluation,fatigue and other subjective sensory states.These data were used to explore the physiological indicators and subjective sensory states of different states of gastrointestinal tract.Study 5:Mat-lab software was used to analyze the characteristic parameters of the data in two phases of the three tests before,during and after inedia.In order to explore the different states of the gastrointestinal tract in the pulse reflection.ResultsStudy 1:by comparing the normal group of people's ren-ying pulse,cun-kou pulse and fu-yang pulse Doppler blood flow diagram,the study found that pulsation index(PI),the final diastolic blood flow velocity(Vd),mean blood flow velocity(Vm),the largest systolic blood flow velocity(VP),resistance index(RI),blood vessel diameter(D),circulating blood cycle(ET),the indicators have significant difference(P<0.01).In the comparison of the patient group's ren-ying pulse,cun-kou pulse and fu-yang pulse,Doppler flow diagram showed that there was no significant difference in circulating blood flow cycle(ET),but there were significant differences in PI,Vd,Vm,Vp,RI and D(P<0.01).Study 2:by comparing the Doppler flow diagram of ren-ying pulse between the normal group and the patient group,it can be found that there are significant differences in PI and RI values(P<0.01),Vm values(P<0.05),and no significant differences in Vd,Vp,D and ET.By comparing the Doppler flow diagram of cun-kou pulse between the normal group and the patient group,it can be found that there are significant differences in PI and RI values(P<0.01),and no significant differences in Vd,Vm,Vp,D and ET.Comparing the doppler blood flow of the fu-yang pulse in the normal group and the patient group,it can be found that there are differences in PI,RI,Vd,Vm and Vp(P<0.05),and no significant differences in D and ET.Study 3:there were significant differences in PI,RI,Vp,Vd and Vm in the patient group with non-severe constipation and the patient group with severe constipation.Study 4:significant differences in body weight,BMI(body mass index),systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,basal metabolic rate,bone mass and visceral fat index(P<0.01)were found in the data analysis before,during and after inedia.Blood oxygen saturation,blood per-fusion and body moisture were not statistically significant before,during and after inedia.Study 5:there was a significant difference in pulse diagnosis information between before and after inedia.The overall analysis of all kinds of data can be accurate classification.The accuracy of LS was 80.64%,and that of Lasso was 72%.The difference between the pulse diagnosis information before and during inedia was significant.The accuracy rate of LS was 80.48%,and the accuracy rate of Lasso was 67.57%.There was difference between the pulse diagnosis information during and after inedia but not significant The accuracy of LS was 75.99%,and the accuracy of Lasso was 58.33%.ConclusionsUsing Doppler ultrasound detection technology,through human studies,it was found that the Doppler ultrasound blood flow diagram of cun-kou pulse,fu-yang pulse and ren-ying pulse had significant differences.Compared with the blood flow diagram of ren-ying pulse and cun-kou pulse,the blood flow diagram data of fu-yang pulse,as the yuan-source point of foot Yang Ming stomach meridian,has a more definite reflection on the internal obstruction of the gastrointestinal tract.Fu-yang pulse Doppler flow diagram has important significance in guiding the degree of gastrointestinal block.The higher the degree of gastrointestinal block,the more filling the content,the higher the Doppler blood flow diagram pulse index(PI)representing pulse force,indicating the stronger the fu-yang pulse force.By means of modern physiological testing instrument and pulse diagnosis instrument,it is found through human body research that different states of deficiency and excess of gastrointestinal tract reflect different physiological indexes,subjective sensation and pulse.When the contents of the gastrointestinal tract are in a state of fullness,the physiological indicators such as body weight,BMI,blood pressure,basal metabolic rate,bone mass,visceral fat index,and defecation and urine output are on the high side,and the subjective sensation of energy is on the high side,while the fatigue sensation is on the low side,and the pulse of cun-kou is on the strong side.When the contents of the gastrointestinal tract were in the state of deficiency,the physiological indicators such as body weight,BMI,blood pressure,basal metabolic rate,bone mass,visceral fat index,as well as the amount of defecation and urine output were significantly lower,and the subjective sensory state of energy was lower,the fatigue sensory state was higher,and the cun-kou pulse was in the state of deficiency and weakness.Combined with literature research and modern detection instruments,this paper explains the traditional theory of "Yang means excess,yin means deficiency" from a new perspective.That is,when the contents of the gastrointestinal tract are full,there will be a strong "yang"pulse,and the body is in a hyperactive "yangming" state.When the contents of gastrointestinal tract are deficient,the "Yin pulse" with weak pulse will appear,and the whole body will be in a weak"taiyin" state.All the above,pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine has rich research value.Fu-yang pulse,cun-kou pulse and ren-ying pulse have different diagnostic significance.Since the fu-yang pulse can more accurately reflect the state of the gastrointestinal tract,it has a significant application value for the diagnosis and treatment of yangming gastrointestinal obstruction.When the contents of gastrointestinal tract are in the state of obstructing,"Yang pulse" will appear in human pulse,while the contents of gastrointestinal tract are in the state of hollow,and "Yin pulse" will appear in human pulse.
