Objective: This thesis discusses the pathogenesis of Child Anorexia and the primary principium of prevention and treatment by using invigorating spleen and supplementing qi, regulating stomach and spleen and activating stomach, and offers the effective medicine for treating child's anorexia, via Summing up many dissertation, and basing on my tutor experience and research in "Added Zhizhu Mixture", and on the curative effect through the observation of the clinical study.Methods: Clinical research 72 cases with the spleen-qi deficiency syndrome were chosen and grouped into two groups randomly. Each group contained 36 cases. One group received Added Zhizhu Mixture therapy, the other received Senlinbaizhu Powder therapy. The course of treatment was two weeks, and clinical methods designed was adopted in parallel comparison through random, positive drug.Before therapy, age, sex, avoirdupois, course, patient's condition, and etc, the elementary data should be compared, but it is nothing with statistics. That is said the two groups could be comparable. After treatment, it would be graded, counted and analyzed, according to improving of curative effect and syndrome symptom. And so it could be evaluated validity of the medication.Results: From clinical observation, two groups both can improve the symptom of anorexia, but the main aspect of curative effect and TCM principle symptom, such as appetite, and secondary symptom such as vomiting, abdominal distension, polyhidrosis, fatigue, stool disharmony or imbalance, and etc, the observed group (Added Zhizhu Mixture) are superior to the collated group (Senlinbaizhu Powder). The results could be gotten from the following form, so it' 11 show that Added Zhizhu Mixture can cure Child Anorexia or Spleen -Stomach-Qi deficiency syndrome.Conclusion: The results prove that deficiency of spleen and stomach qi is the pathogenesis of Child Anorexia. And invigorating spleen and supplementing qi, regulating stomach and spleen, activating spleen should be its important treatment for therapies. The article carries a beneficial discovery through in TCM theory, clinical research and enriches the approach for preventing and treament in Child Anorexia.
