Six Syndrome Differentiation Studies Of Chronic Primary Glomerular Disease

ObjectiveTo analyze the six-channel syndrome distribution characteristics of chronic primary glomerular disease and the correlation between six-channel syndrome and chronic primary glomerular diseases.MethodsCollect the clinical information of chronic primary glomerular disease,including the patient's general informatin,four diagnostic information of TCM and related indicators.Discriminant the syndrome of primary glomerular disease according to the differentiation of six channels,and Sum up the distribution characteristics of six-channel syndrome,and to explore the correlation between the primary glomerular disease clinical information,physical and chemical index and six-channel syndrome.Results1 Among the 205 patients,Shaoyin disease(with the percentage of 72.2%)is in the highest frequency.Followed by Shaoyang disease(with the percentage of 21.46%).The lowest frequency is Yangming disease(with the percentage of 0.49%).2 Among the 205 patients,six-channel syndrome is mainly in terms of single channel syndrome(with the percentage of 62.44%).The rest are two channel syndrome together(with the percentage of 37.56%).In the two channel cooperation disease,Shaoyin with cold transformation and Shaoyang disease together are the most frequent(with the percentage of 35.06%),followed by Shaoyin with cold transformation and Taiyang disease together,with frequency of 16.95%,Yangming and Taiyin get sick together with frequency of 28.57%.There is no case of three channel diseases together or four channel diseases together.3 There are positive correlations between Shaoyin with cold transformation disease and course of disease,Scr and 24-UTP.Which means as the course of disease,Scr or 24-UTP increasing,incidence rate of Yangming diseases increase.There are positive correlations between Shaoyin with heat transformation and urine RBC(HPF).There are positive correlations between Taiyin disease and BMI,24-UTP.There are positive correlations between Shaoyang disease and gender,which means Shaoyang disease happens higher in women than men.4 The high frequency of symptoms of 205 patients in the order as follows:Proteinuria,sleepy and lack of power,edema,difficulty in micturition,dry throat,upset,abdominal distension,pale tongue and white tongue fur,bitter taste,insomnia and much dream,chilly.Conclusion1 The high frequency of six-channel syndrome of primary glomerular disease from high to low in turn are Shaoyin disease,Shaoyang disease,Taiyin disease,Taiyang disease and Jueyin disease.The frequency of Yangming disease is the lowest.2 Six-channel syndromes of primary glomerular disease are mainly in terms of single channel syndrome.The rest are two channel syndrome together.In the two channel cooperation disease,Shaoyin with cold transformation and Shaoyang disease together are the most frequent,followed by Shaoyin with cold transformation and Taiyang disease together.3 As the course of disease,Scr or 24-UTP increasing,incidence rate of Shaoyin with cold transformation diseases increase.High urine RBC(HPF)often occurs in Shaoyin with heat transformation.As BMI or 24-UTP increasing,the incidence rate of Taiyin diseases increase.Shaoyang disease happens higher in women than men.4 Differentiation of six channels is a kind of feasible dialectic method of primary glomerular disease.
