purpose:To investigate the current situation of dietary knowledge and blood glucose load in community type 2 diabetes mellitus and to analyze the influencing factors, and to provide reference for rational diet guidance of community type 2 diabetes mellitus and improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods:A total of 198 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected by cluster sampling method. The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the general condition, diet status and dietary intake of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Pre-survey,repeated sampling, reliability and validity test methods to control the quality of the questionnaire, unified training investigators and auditors to control the quality of the survey.SPSS21.0 statistical software package and nutrition calculator V2.7b were used to analyze the data, diet knowledge, dietary structure, blood glucose load and influencing factors were analyzed.result:1.Community type 2 diabetes patients with poor knowledge of eating, which the blood glucose index and blood glucose load knowledge is the most lack of knowledge of the total energy control and food exchange method is relatively lacking.2.There was a positive correlation between the level of dietary knowledge and the educational level of the surveyed subjects, whether they had received diabetes education and the number of times of education, and the unconditional logistic regression model showed statistically significant difference.3.198 patients had daily energy intake of 1645.1 ± 431.5kcal;carbohydrate intake was 178.4±54.4g;fat intake was 76.9±33.7g;protein intake was 73.4 ± 24.1g;daily dietary blood glucose load(GL)was 127.8 ± 31.8.There was a positive correlation between daily dietary GL and daily energy, carbohydrate intake, fat intake and protein intake.4.198 patients in 11.1%of the daily energy intake in patients with normal,72.2%of the daily energy intake in patients with less than normal body requirements.49.00%of patients with carbohydrates for the total energy supply ratio of less than 50%;77.8%of patients with fat energy supply to the total energy supply ratio greater than 30%;69.2%of patients with protein energy supply,to the total energy supply Than in the normal range. There were significant differences in daily energy, three major nutrients and daily dietary GL between different family economic conditions, the difference was statistically significant;the daily energy of different body mass index patients, the three nutrient intake and daily dietary GL Was not statistically significant. There was no statistically significant difference in dietary knowledge between the three daily intake, the three major nutrient intake and the GL/1000 normal group and the abnormal group.conclusion:1.Diabetes in patients with type 2 diabetes is not comprehensive, and the knowledge rate of blood glucose index and blood glucose load knowledge, total energy control knowledge and food exchange method is low.2.The level of dietary knowledge of community type 2 diabetes mellitus is related to the degree of education, whether it has received diabetes education and the number of times of education, that is,the higher the education level, the higher the level of dietary knowledge and the number of times of receiving dietary education.3.The patient's daily energy, carbohydrate intake and daily dietary GL were low.Dietary structure is irrational, carbohydrates for low energy, high fat supply,high-fat low-carbohydrate diet.4.The better the family economy, the higher the intake of fat, carbohydrate intake less;dietary intake does not do vary from person to person5.Patients with a diet knowledge does not mean that will produce a healthy diet.
