Investigation Of Factors Related To The Onset Of Embryonic Cessation And The Investigation Of TCM Syndromes And Constitution Types

Objective:To explore the cause of embryonic disease related to high risk factors through the collection of data from patients with embryonic disease.To analyze the TCM syndromes and physique types of the disease can provide a reference basis for the traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of embryos depression.Then It can reduce the occurrence and development of fetal death to prenatal physical identification and regulate the susceptible constitution,which not only can reflect the traditional Chinese medicine "cure disease" concept and advantages,but also provide a new way of thinking and discussion for the understanding of Chinese medicine and prevention and treatment of embryos.Method:These patients were from Gynecological Outpatient and Ward of the Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which all have had the history of embryonic morbidity.Design the general situation questionnaire and Chinese medicine self-test table.Then through the collection of relevant information and using the Excel software and SPSS 17.0 statistical software statistical analysis to explore the adverse factors associated with the development of embryonic disease,the distribution of TCM syndromes and the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.The high incidence of embryonic morbidity is 31-35 years old,the proportion of 43%,the average age of 31.49 ± 0.372 years old.2.The degree of education in patients with embryonic disease is most common in universities and above.The proportion of high school people and below them is small,and the incidence rate increases with the increase of education level.High incidence of people concentrated in the degree of occupational stress and mental work-based career,including of medicine,education and culture,financial and trade,clerical related,design-related,state official.3.The number of embryonic development occurred at least 1 times,up to 4 times;The incidence of pregnancy weeks to 6-8 weeks is the most common.4.In this survey,many of the risk factors associated with the occurrence of embryonic development are staying up late and exposure to noise and passive smoking.5.The shortest time of patients daily contact with computers and mobile phone is 2 hours,the longest is 16 hours,and the most common between 11h-14h.6.Embryo implantation patients have a diet preference,which spicy occupy the most important part.7.Embryo cessation of patients with menstrual status mainly manifested as color purple dark,and with blood clots and less.The main situation under the belt is the amount of less,the quality of sticky,yellow color white.The most common condition is the waist and knee soft,then followed by premenstrual breast pain,Shenpi fatigue,aversion to cold,which can suggest that the disease is really mixed,and deficiency is kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency,blood deficiency;and the most empirical is qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm-based.8.In laboratory abnormalities,the most common is the low progesterone,accounting for 21.1%.The next is Subclinical hypothyroidism,accounting for 15.2%.And the most blood type of patients is type B,a total of 54 people,accounting for 31.6%;followed by type A and O type,accounting for 23.4%.The least is AB type,accounting for 21.6%;A total of 148 patients of the lover had a semen examination,which abnormal items mainly include low sperm motility(10.5%)and high deformability(3.5%).9.Common syndromes include Kidney deficiency liver depression(34.5%),kidney deficiency blood stasis(17.5%),kidney deficiency phlegm(15.8%),spleen and kidney deficiency(13.5%),kidney yang(10.5%),blood weak(8.2%).10.Physical types include Yang deficiency(26.3%),qi stagnation(22.2%),calm quality(18.1%),qi deficiency(11.1%),hot and humid(8.2%),phlegm(4.1%),special temperament and yin deficiency(both 3.5%),blood stasis(2.9%).In conclusion:1.The age of the embryonic patient is mostly concentrated at 31 years and older.2.Embryo Depression is more common in mental workers with high educational level and greater occupational stress.High career includes:medicine,education and culture,financial and trade,clerical related,design-related,state official.3.Pregnancy during embryonic development is common between 6-8 weeks.4.In the dialectical classification,the most is the kidney deficiency type.5.The most common types of constitution include yang deficiency and qi stagnation.Then followed by kidney deficiency blood stasis,kidney deficiency phlegm,spleen and kidney deficiency,kidney yang,blood weak.6.In the relevant inspection items,the highest inspection rate is TORCH,followed by mycoplasma,chlamydia detection,which indicates that the patients are not aware of the importance of these three tests7.Among the related diseases,the top three in the survey results are low progesterone,subclinical hypothyroidism,uterine fibroids.
