Data Mining Based Factors Related To Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Coronary Heart Disease Syndrome

ObjectiveThis study is based on New Century Talents Project of Education department--The study is based on type 2 diabetes mellitus syndromes "dynamic tridimensional platform",carry out the combination of disease and syndromes as the breakthrough point,using the factor analysis and Bayesian network method to explore the relationship between distributional regularity of TCM syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease,and its TCM syndrome with the experiment data of type 2 diabetes mellitus,to enrich and improve the TCM syndrome clinical research data for more research,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.MethodAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the 100 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease from Apr 2016?Dec 2016 in Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine department of endocrinology and cardiology ward was reviewed in this clinical study.Statistical methods:Statistical arrangement of the data are using SPSS 22 statistical software,all count data are analyzed by chi square test;all measurement data using two independent samples t test and ANOVA or nonparametric test,inspection level a 0.05,were two-sided.Data mining:Using the SPSS 22 operation factor analysis to extract in type 2 diabetic patients with coronary heart disease the syndromes elements and target distribution and the R 3.3.0 statistical software operation Bayesian network to analyze the relationship on TCM syndrome and syndrome factors with the experiment data.Results1,Type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease syndromes elements and targetsThis study found that the main syndromes of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency and Blood stasis.The secondary syndrome factors were phlegm-dampness and Qi stagnation.The main location of disease were in the heart,involving liver,spleen,kidney three organs.Meanwhile,according to different age,different stages respectively by using factor analysis,the syndromes factors and its corresponding targets,combined with the results obtained in the different time the incidence of this disease,can show the distribution characteristics of syndromes elements and target different.Qi deficiency,yin deficiency,Blood stasis throughout the patients of different ages and different courses of disease,meanwhile,with the progress of the disease,evil performance of the Blood stasis is more prominent.2,The complex relationships between TCM syndrome and experiment data in type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart diseaseAs well the clinical information of TCM four diagnostic methods combining with the experiment data for Treatment according to syndromes different,will better promote the complementary fusion of traditional and modern medicine development.The main experiment data of this study for blood glucose related indicators,four blood lipids,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,homocysteine,and so on.When results of 2 hour postprandial blood glucose control is failure,TCM syndrome patients in may two of yin and yang deficiency syndromes are;HbAlc control standards,the syndrome of yin deficiency is likely to see more,both deficiency heat syndrome;low density lipoprotein insufficiently controlled,TCM syndrome patients may be due to deficiency of kidney and stomach heat syndrome or Blood stasis syndrome more common;high density lipoprotein insufficiently controlled,TCM syndrome patients may with heart qi deficiency or chest Yang Syndrome triglyceride;control is failure by TCM syndrome in patients with phlegm or dampness heat syndromes;homocysteine insufficiently controlled,TCM syndrome of qi deficiency with heat syndrome patients may see more;hypersensitive C-When the protein control is not up to standard,the TCM syndrome of patients may be seen with Yin deficiency syndrome.ConclusionThrough analysis and study by using factor analysis and Bayesian network two data mining methods in this study,We derive the distribution of 100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease related to TCM syndromes and target and the internal relationship between the experiment data and TCM Syndromes of this disease.Because TCM syndrome has the characteristics of nonlinearity,complexity and pluralism,there are many uncertainties and fuzziness in the study of syndrome.Meanwhile,the sample size is small,and only uses two methods of data mining,the result is still not fully reflect the TCM syndrome characteristics of the disease well,the objectivity of TCM syndromes.
