Study On Syndrome Differentiation Type Of TCM With Coronary Heart Disease And Anxiety Based On Data Mining

Research purpose: In this study,data mining method was used to collect,investigate and analyze clinical data of 120 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety state,and to make TCM syndrome differentiation.The TCM syndrome differentiation,clinical epidemiological characteristics and its objective and standardized basis for the diagnosis and treatment of this kind of clinical disease were discussed by two diagnostic systems of TCM and Western medicine.Provide some theoretical and practical basis.Method: A random sampling method was used to collect 120 valid questionnaires from outpatient and inpatient departments of affiliated hospitals of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February,2018 to September,2001.The questionnaires were used to instruct them to fill in general situation questionnaires and anxiety assessment scales,and to investigate the occurrence of anxiety in these patients.Reference was made to the "consensus of experts on the diagnosis and treatment of bicardiac diseases combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine".Syndrome scheme will classify coronary heart disease patients with anxiety by syndrome differentiation,observe and analyze the distribution of TCM syndromes,analyze the correlation between TCM syndromes and anxiety,explore the relevant factors,establish a database,use SPSS 24 for frequency analysis and cluster analysis;IBM SPSS Modeler 18 was used to analyze the association rules of symptoms,syndromes and prescriptions.Result:1.Women accounted for 57.5% of coronary heart disease patients with anxiety,while men accounted for 42.5%,and women: men 1.35:1;2.Among the patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety,29.17% were under 60,8.33% were 61-65,18.33% were 66-70,11.67% were 71-75,19.17% were 76-80 and 13.33% were over 80.3.The TCM syndrome differentiation types of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety state are: liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome(40.83%),Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(20.83%),qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(18.33%),phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(10.00%)and Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome(10.00%).Conclusion: 1.Female patients are more likely to have anxiety symptoms than male patients in coronary heart disease;2.Elderly CHD patients are more likely to have anxiety symptoms;3.The TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease with anxiety are liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm-blood stasis syndrome and Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome.
