objective: To researsh the chest CT features of lung injury caused by oral paraquat,and deepen the understanding of paraquat poisoning.Methods :The chest CT features of 122 patients with lung injury caused by oral paraquat were analyzed retrospectively and comparatively,122 patients were divided into 3 groups according to toxic dose and course of disease,There were 46 cases in the low dose group(paraquat dose less than 10 ml),56 cases in the medium dose group(paraquat dose among 11 to 50 ml),and 20 cases in the large dose group(paraquat dose more than 50 ml).The course of disease among1 to 7 days were in the early period,8 to 14 days in the medium period,and 14 days later in the later period.The image features were summarized by comparing the connection of chest CT features(such as effusion,glass opacity,et al),toxic dose,course of disease,and the scope of lung injury.Results:Poisoned patient's chest CT features,related with toxic dose(P<0.05),appeared one course of increased bronchovascular shadows,ground glass opacity,effusion and consolidation,and pulmonary fibrosis along with the time.what's more,the effusion and consolidation majorly spreaded in the lower lobe or lateral lungs.It showed a characteristic disease extent which provided the basis for clinical diagnosis.Conclusion The chest CT features of lung injury,caused by oral paraquat,had a certain characteristic.It was related to toxic dose and course of disease,as a guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Objective:Pulmonary fibrosis in rats model was established to further investigate the effect mechanism of paraquat poisoning and the treatment research foundation.Methods : A total of 60 SD rats,male and female half,randomly divided into 4 groups,three experimental group and a control group.There were 15 rats in each group.They were one-time intraperitoneal injected of different doses of paraquat solution,the control group were intraperitoneal injected of the control volume of sterile isotonic saline.To observe rats' poisoning symptoms and CT manifestations every day,and to put the experimental group and control group rats to death at 1,3,7,14,21 day respectively,take lower lobe of rats lung tissue to pathological dyeing observation Results: One-time intraperitoneal injecting of different doses(40mg/ kg ?60 mg/ kg ?80 mg/ kg)of paraquat solution,different dose groups of rats at different times showed different poisoning symptoms.It could be observed by the naked eye that the evolution of the paraquat poisoning rat acute lung injury pathological process.
